Delicious!
So many of the flavors were out today, it was a wasted trip, no rocket pop, no strawberry, no cake batter and another couple were out too. I mean it’s 3pm on a Thursday and it’s in the 90s today… you’d think they’d have some fro yo!? It was like this last time - will be going elsewhere so everyone isn’t so disappointed next time! Staff were friendly so the star is for them.
The best place in the valley
I am so disappointed at the downturn at this location. My husband and I went on Wednesday night, 6/25/25, and it was the worst experience. It was overcrowded with teenagers and past fire safety capacity. It was filthy with sticky floors and sticky and dirty yogurt stations. The topping serving spoons were sticky, and we found a lot of hair in the peanut butter cup topping container when my husband tried to get some. The workers were more concerned with entertaining their buddies who showed up and even started blasting explicit music like an underage club versus doing their job because there’s clearly no adult supervision running the location. My next call will be to the health department about how disgusting this location is, and the fact that there was a wad of hair in the topping container. Management, or franchise owners, need to look at the videotapes of that day at 8-9:30 PM.
I have been to the one on Tampa and victory, very clean, machines and toppings keeper clean! The location in Westlake Village is dirty, and machines and toppings need attention! I won't be back!
Too soft and over priced
tasty frozen yogurts
I love this little Yogurtland always got the best. Service is great fast easy place to get a treat.
Friendly employees, made the best of the rainy weather, did a great job handling the holiday!
As I was deciding on what flavor of yogurt to get, I noticed there was a woman sampling multiple flavors with a spoon that didn’t even appear to be from Yogurtland. She was also sampling the toppings. When I alerted the cashier, Bruno, he shrugged his shoulders. I told him it’s not very sanitary, he had no response. Hope I don’t get sick!

It was a very nice place!
I love the area that this yogurt land is in with easy parking and outside seating. However, the frozen yogurt is almost always melted every time I go. There’s certain flavors that aren’t melted but they are usually the same ones that are always there. (Yogurt land, please fix the machines if that’s the issue!)
Those kids that work there are completely out of control. Blasting the speakers at 9:30 on a Sunday, half of the machines not dispensing yogurt, old yogurt all over the counters…

Formed the union Yogurtland the name says it all actually it’s a very surprisingly too many of us that aren’t into the soft served yogurt. Well, this definitely will change your mind. And it’s a lot healthier. Highly recommended very professional and courteous service! 🇺🇸🇺🇸
Vegetarian options: Yogurt basically says it all it’s a non-vegan or vegan however you want to use the word. But we all know that yogurt is definitely healthier than ice cream. Especially when it’s made like it should be.
Dietary restrictions: Yogurt says it all
Parking: Plenty of room for parking
Kid-friendliness: Of course, very friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely

It's a great spot, and a great location. Good parking. Very clean and tidy. I feel like this is one of the better chain frozen yogurt places. Their mainstay, the original, tangy plain yogurt seems to be a good crowd pleaser.
It's all based on weight. So grab a smaller cup if you want less, grab a bigger cup if you want more. Lol.
