No samples and no self serve lol. Come on now

We had them deliver, they gave us the wrong order. When we called, there was no manger, the person answering the phone could care less and said he couldn’t do anything about it! This is an owner that doesn’t care about their business, I would trust the yogurt there serving who knows how clean or dirty their equipment is! I’ll never go there again and beware this place doesn’t care about their customers

Maybe the bar is low but this place is pretty much as dull as it gets. Flavors are weak and the toppings are stale.Find a different spot if you are looking for quality.

BOMB yogurt, clean shop, and nice workers. So yummy but the much healthier than regular ice cream since it's non fat/low fat!!

Definitely the worst yogurt land I’ve been too consistently, always out of flavors and never anyone at the register or know your in there. You end up standing at the toppings waiting every single time. Not managed

I came here to second what Jennifer L. said. I am also a long time customer to this and various other locations and I went there with my family to use the "$5 unlimited cup" coupon Jennifer mentioned. The same manager Michaela refused to honor it and said the best she was willing to do was give $5 off. This is in direct violation of California Business and Professionals Code section 17500, better known as the "Truth in Advertising Laws."I reached out to corporate the next day and reported this and have not had a response in over two weeks. I'm at the point of filing a compliant with the chamber of commerce and the BBB... at the VERY least.Aside from that, their flavors tend to be good. I miss the ability to self-serve the toppings as this was the main differentiator between them and competition like PinkBerry and Golden Spoon and allows them to artificially inflate the price of the product by adding on more toppings than you would have.It would also be nice if they could bring back their sample cups so we can know if a flavor is worth it.

I am a regular customer and look forward to receiving the seasonal coupons that arrive every few months. I took my child today and used the $5 UNLIMITED coupon (see photo below) which the manager Michaela refused to honor. Instead, she deducted $5 OFF which is not what the coupon reads. I ended up paying $12.87.Yogurtland, as you are sending out promotional coupons to get customers into your store and to keep loyal return customers coming back, you need to honor the language written on the coupons you send out! Terrible customer service...I will be taking my business over to Menchies from now on!

It smelled like they were proofing alcohol in this joint and Denis & chad had no humor about the smell, the yogurt was decent. But holy SSHHH we couldn't breathe the whole time we were in here.

We stop by occasionally. The employees are nice and the store is clean. The rocket pop flavor really tastes like the popsicle, the kids love it! The employees serve the fruit and candy to you so it's more hygienic. There are places to sit and eat inside and outside. Next door is Sharkys and corner Bakery if you wanted to do lunch there first. It's a good one stop strip mall.

Terrible service - asked for just a few of one topping and the kid dumps two scoops. Then he spills it on the measuring table and I said that's fine I didn't want that many and proceeds to add another scoop. Highly annoyed.

Best froyo I ever had

I love frozen yogurt and eat it often, but this is my first — and last — time here. I got sugar free plain and sugar free mango tart and they both tasted strange. One was very dry and the other was icy. They both were way too sour and, frankly, disgusting tasting. I wanted to get the sugar free French vanilla, but it was the color of caramel when it was dispensed. I am unsure what’s going on here, but this is not anything close to enjoyable frozen yogurt.

I've been craving frozen yogurt for a long time and wanted a nice throwback to the high school days when getting fro yo was the cool thing to do. There unfortunately aren't many frozen yogurt spots left, so since we had dinner nearby we figured we'd stop by for dessert. I was surprised that they have employees put toppings for you. I'm sure they made this change a long time ago, but it has been sooo long since I last went to Yogurtland so I'm a bit out of the loop. I wish we were able to serve ourselves just so that we could have more control of the amount of toppings, but oh well. There were a decent number of flavor options. I saw the TV screen advertising boba milk tea flavor, but unfortunately that wasn't available (at least at this location). They also didn't have any samples, but again, I'm not sure if that's something that has changed over the years. I was pretty surprised by how expensive two cups came out to be... I definitely could've purchased more ice cream somewhere else but I guess you're also paying for the experience? The inside of the store had this unsettling, fluorescent but dim lighting and there were a couple of small tables inside. They had a water pitcher, but it was empty. I would've preferred to sit outside but there's only one or two tables that were occupied. The trash can outside was also overflowing, so this place could definitely use a little more maintenance.

Location was extremely dirty at the entrance and wasn’t much better on the inside. The guys behind the counter were also very rude. Yogurt selection was minimal, all the candy and nuts my group selected were stale, and we will not be coming back to this location.
