Pretzel was a bit dry and stale. And the drinks are way too expensive. Staff was friendly.

For pretzel nuggets, I prefer the pepperoni because the hot dog ones get cumulatively salty. I recommend garlicky parmesan and the sour cream pretzel if you feel like savory flavors. My usual order is a sweet almond pretzel with lemonade or sweet tea (I wish they sold iced coffee). Tea wasn't available yesterday. There were about three workers, but just one working the register.

I see a lot of people complaining about the service. More importantly, the pretzels are good. Fresh baked, they don’t seem to sit too long even later in the afternoon. And the service? It’s average. The teenagers working here are polite, they aren’t sitting on their phones when there’s no customers around, and they have pretty good customer service. No, it’s not a five star restaurant. I didn’t expect a pretzel stand compare to a steakhouse. But it seems like people here just want to complain about something

I swear the pretzels were bigger... But I mean $4 for a small pretzel when auntie Anne's has always been a consistent business

I love Auntie Anne's Pretzels. When I was a child, my mom would always get me one every month and I loved it! I highly recommend this place and I am definitely going to be back here again

Yummy Yummy wow, I love Auntie Annes. No matter which mall i might visit, i always stop at Aunties Annes for hot dog pretzels.I love the differents flavors of Pretzels. I love the pepperoni ones too with butter and cheese. Almost like a regular pizza. I will keep coming for pretzels.

I love Auntie Anne's pretzels! They remind me of my childhood... The service here is quick and the cashiers are always friendly. My favorite pretzels are the pepperoni and the almond. The pepperoni tastes like you're eating a personal pizza, and the almond pretzel is not too sweet, made with the perfect amount of glaze on top and crunch. Every time I go the mall, I like dropping by Auntie Anne's. It's a part of the shopping experience. Happy eating and stay safe!

We stopped by at closing and got a free pretzel with our order. Pia and Alex were very helpful! End of the day pretzel bites were a little stale, but still delicious!

I've been coming here for the past month for my pretzel cravings. I love the cinnamon sugar pretzels, but I always get the pretzel NUGGETS. They're so tasty and easy to pop in my mouth! I tried the roasted garlic and Parmesan, and I didn't really like it. It smelled so yummy and savory, but the taste was lackluster. It tasted like an original pretzel with a strange after taste. I highly recommend the cinnamon sugar pretzels and sweet almond. There's never a line when I go, but the workers are super speedy!

I went to the mall with my family on Friday, 03/05/2021 specifically to enjoy pretzels and chocolate frosts with my family. I was helped by ANDREW B., from the start he was not friendly, he did not greet us, just stared at us. I said hello and proceeded to place our large order. We picked items from a makeshift menu that they have taped outside their store. I asked for 3 "Pretzel Bundles" as they call them on their menu which come with a classic pretzel, dip and fountain drink for $6.80 each "bundle" I also ordered 3 additional pretzels, 1 mini hot dog bites and 2 chocolate frosts on the side. My total came out to $42+ and I asked if I could use a coupon I had on my app buy one get one free. Andrew responded by saying "wait your order is large and I need to figure it out" and walked away from the counter and proceeded to bag items. By the time he comes back to the cash register he scanned my app and the computer either times out the order or something but it wasn't processing the coupon and he asked me to pay the full amount due because it wasn't taking the coupon. I didn't want to argue it my coupon was still in my app. After I paid, I noticed one of the 3 fountain drinks from the bundles was missing and the dips were missing, so I brought that up to Andrew's attention at which point he lost it and told me "your order was large and all over the place how do you expect to get everything right when you're all over the place" I explained to him that I took my time to make sure that what I ordered was correct and that I went off their "menu" posted outside their store. The supervisor stepped in, he was a medium built, dark complexioned guy with curly hair, I did not get his name. He was non-apologetic for Andrew's behavior and when I tried to ask for the 3rd drink again Andrew said I had to pay for it cause he didn't add it to my order...$42 later and he forgot to add a drink? At that point I took my order and left. When I looked at my receipt I noticed I did not get the pricing advertised on their makeshift menu, instead Andrew charged me each item individually and I ended up paying more money than I should have. When I asked for the manager or owner of the place, the "supervisor" said that they weren't there and did not give me their information. I am very disappointed at this experience as I have been coming to this specific store for many, many years because my family and I enjoy their pretzels that much but Andrew has made my outlook on this place a very unpleasant one, and this is not the first time he is mean or rude to me like that. The last time before yesterday I just brushed it off as him having a bad day, but yesterday was extremely uncalled for and straight out rude and disrespectful. I should not have paid as much as I did, and if he didn't know how to properly charge for the "bundles" then he should ask his supervisors to train him, and he also needs additional training in customer service. He is just mean!

Picked up Birthday Pretzel yesterday. The mall was pretty empty for a weekday around 5:30 pm. It tasted burnt and very bad. Sad

This is an overdue review for this store as I've been coming here for years, and I always enjoy their pretzels. For some reason, the pretzels of this store taste far better than many of the other stores I've been to, including some on the east coast. It's always fresh and yummy. The customer service is also very nice. The staff is always courteous and helpful.

Absolutely love coming to this location compared to any other. The employees are very polite and I've never seen them with any kind of attitude. The pretzels are always fresh and they will even make brand new ones for you if you ask nicely. They are also really doing their due diligence when it comes to COVID-19. The glass screen at the front counter makes me very comfortable and especially when all employees are wearing gloves and face masks.
