Love it very cheap but delitious food

This place was very busy, but the Banh Mi was delicious!

Amazing drinks and desserts!!!

Food not really good.we did ask for new one but they end up still give us the old one.

Bought 3 portions of Banh Len here, all of which were crumbly and not sweet enough. I've never eaten Banh Len anywhere that was so bad. At the very least, sellers should try their food to see if it's edible and then sell it.

There are many traditional cakes and snacks, and they also sell rice and noodles as dishes, which is also very crowded. The beef cake is a bit hard, I haven't tried many other dishes yet. This area has spacious parking for easy access

Honestly such a good deal for a banh mi and banh gio. Their cafe sua da is a bit light on the cafe part lol. Got the dac biet banh mi and it was STACKED, and the bread had the perfect egg shell cracking baguette texture... I wish there was a bit more pickles in there but was happy with the amount of meat. Little in and out shop, very typical feeling service of a place with such great food!!

I'm from SD, but whenever I pass thru OC.... I stop by here and this is always my order:
A dozen Banh Tieu (Vietnamese donut)
3 orders of small sesame balls
3 of the Chuoi Chien (fried banana)
3 Banh Bao (the one with the egg)

Dunno what it is. I act like we don't have Vietnamese bakeries in SD. But OC just be original like that. Makes me feel like I'm close to the motherland. Plus the pricing is on point.

This place is amazing. The bánh mì and other food is all delicious. Theu were very understanding as I tried to fumble through as I practiced speaking in Vietnamese. Definitely suggest the bbq pork and anything with headcheese. The bánh cam is great, as is the bánh chưng, and spring rolls. Great place to feast at reasonable prices.
