It is delicious & addictive (even when you desire less sugar). I don’t live in CA, but I come to visit my adult children often. This dessert was “introduced” to me by my daughter’s Vietnamese friend and I can eat 2 or 3 of these desserts in a day or two. I don’t eat bobba anymore. Now, the only reason I am giving it a four stars is because of the ridiculous long line no matter what time of the day you come or of you order in-store or online - it’s nothing...

If you are looking for the ultimate Salted Egg Sponge Cake (Bông Lan Trứng Muối) or Vietnamese Cheesecake, Bake n Che is the place to go!
The cake is incredibly fluffy and light, perfectly balanced by the savory salted egg yolk, creamy cheese sauce, and dried shredded pork on top. It’s the perfect mix of sweet and savory that isn't too heavy. Everything is packaged beautifully and tastes extremely fresh. It's a must-stop every time I'm in Bolsa!
