Got a milkshake and it was all wet and I thought it was gonna be chocolatey, but it was so milky

Good for a quick pick me up, got the $5 Drink which was great. Saw reviews of the drink being watered down I didn't think so, but I'm not Also one for a super thick shake when wanting a coffee drink. The older gentlemen wasn't one for conversation which I also like. I don't mind small talk but if he's making my drink I'm okay with silence. I didn't get a Willy Wonka and the chocolate factory experience which is fine. Will come again if in the area.

The manager or supervisor at this location is very grumpy old guy.

Did not buy ice cream here. Ice cream buckets were all 1/4 full with old stale ice cream. Stuck on the sides. Looked so gross. Store is not appealing. Cluttered.

Went in tonight to get some ice cream , the area in where it is is a little sketchy but the actual store was cute . They had a good variety of flavors and gave a decent amount for sample (our little one liked their strawberry dragon fruit) it wasn't too sweet at all . Alvin Assisted us tonight and he was very friendly . Would return. The prices are a little up there for a kids scoop is one thing I did think was a bit of a downer

Went in tonight to get some ice cream , the area in where it is is a little sketchy but the actual store was cute . Terrible Service & Terrible Cakes. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION.Placed a cake order & received something total different than what I asked for. They also spelled my name incorrect and overcharged me. Lady who seemed to be the owner was present and didn’t seem to care. Everyone was very unhelpful. They did not offer to fix anything. I will never be a customer of this location ever again. So disappointed.

Isaac was friendly and attentive. Great service and shaped ice cream scoops very well. Offered flavor suggestion based on what we were looking for.Had nutty coconut with jamoca almond fudge on a cone.

If I could give no star I will… the customer service is nasty and the end product was horrible. Got banana royal and no cherry no nuts in a small little bowl and no where close to banana royal!

Worst experience ever changing customers extra for no reason double check your recipes.

Worst customer service! Do not go to this location at all especially for cakes! I tried to order a cake and the lady was trying to over charge me. I asked why and she didn't know what to say. Then I told her "what about if I take this cake (pointing at the fridge) just for a different day would it be the same price" and she said no it will still be more. I asked why and I even mention if it's because the cakes inside the fridge are old and she didn't know what to say. I spoke to the "supervisor" and she is just so rude and couldn't even answer my questions. I asked to speak to the "boss" and explained the concern. He said "you are trying to buy just one cake." Like really yes all I need is one cake that's it. He tries to buy me with a $10 coupon for my next visit which was what they were over charging me, but no thank you I won't be coming back to use the coupon after the horrible service. Also, they were doing the so .99 cents ice cream. I had two other kids with me plus myself and I only got one ice cream for .99 which was fine because that is what the coupon and the lady told me. But I saw they were making exceptions for other customers ringing them up one at a time for .99 cents ice cream. Not fair. I didn't complain about it there, but I am writing here that way next customer can be treated the same as others.
