Food was great. Hot & fresh. Customer service was ok, could've been better. No line, plenty of parking available. They asked me to park in the front, it took a bit to get my food but the wait was worth it.
1. The breakfast burger from Carl Jr is one of my favorite burgers! This burger is consistent with the breakfast burger ordered at other locations!
2. The spot has fast casual vibes!
3. The staff was friendly and timely sigh my order!

Management need to train staffs at counter in regards of corporate promotion “FREE triples” with purchase. I purchased a jalapeños double cheese and claimed the promotion with QR code. Staff only give me the jalapeño double cheese without the “Triples”. I asked her where is the TRIPLES she just stares at me blankly. Luckily manager just arrived and took care of situation.
