I have been coming to this location since I was a kid bring me so many memories. Now coming to this same location with my kids it's more special. All the staff are super friendly and Emma is always patient and shares other offers they might have and helps me save. I live a few miles away and this location is just best because it's clean and open. So many tables to comfortably sit as a family after having fun at the park or even church..

We went through drive thru. The lady cashier had an attitude. And just for 1 chicken bacon sandwich and one meal chicken bacon was ridiculously priced. $29.92. We won't be back. Way too expensive sadly enough. No wonder they are hurting

Ranch packets popped inside a to go bag. Made me wait to give dogging food also. Not worth going back and arguing. Didn’t even give me the right size on my combos. Very disappointing.
I have visited this location often and I have never had any issues. The staff is always very friendly and kind. They always give me my order correctly, promptly and it always tastes fresh. I don’t really understand the negative reviews when I know this location is one of the best locations around the westminster area. People just need to read and pay attention to the signs and also have patience! Also every fast food place that exists has been raising their prices. Do you know what inflation is? Prices of ingredients went up it’s obvious that the price of the food will have to go up as a result of that. No where is cheap to eat at anymore. If you want to eat out then you should budget yourself according to your own financial situation. If you don’t like that then eat at home, it’s as simple as that. Honestly people just complain about everything and expect a free meal at any inconvenience they create. I will 100% be back at this location. Keep up the good work Carl’s jr! :)

Every time I come to this location to dine in I am always greeted with a warm welcome. Staff is very friendly but VERY limited!! Every time I visit my food is always ready fast & hot, even during rush hour! As someone who works in the food industry & has worked with very limited staff, your patience is very APPRECIATED. I’ve never had a problem with this location and I would definitely recommend!! :)

The staff is very friendly and prompt even when I can physically see that there is a limited number of staffing. They will always make sure that your order is ready and fresh. I have ordered at this specific location different times of the day and I still always get my food nice and hot, even if it’s just one person in the front. As someone who used to work in the fast food industry, it is not easy to make sure the customer is happy and corporate is happy as well. I really hope that their hard work is being compensated and it’s not just getting swept under the rug because it is not easy to work in this industry. 5/5 would recommend anyone to eat at this particular location. There’s very few other franchise Carl’s Jr that actually make sure you are being taken care of.

the bad reviews are insane and super important because they show just how lazy people are when it comes to reading. It says on the sign combo includes medium drink and medium fries it’s telling you the price of the small combo which is what should always be displayed considering it’s the smallest combo . Also you see a sign of 7.99 on shakes and you want a shake order it and ask. one would assume you meant specials on burger which there probably isn’t any.
IF YOU DONT LIKE THE PRICE don’t buy it simple. price increase = pay increase.♥️ i love carls and the food there is always hot and fresh ! ??
