Got an iced Cinnamon Cold Brew. The drink was watered down due to lots of ice. The cinnamon flavor was very light, which I was expecting it to be slightly sweet. The service was good though and the drink came out super fast.

Gooey goodness in every bite. I'm saddened to see less and less malls and in turn less Cinnabons. This particular Cinnabon has no seating as it's across from the mall food court, forcing you to burn a fraction of a fraction of the deliciousness you're about to consume. Heating before eating is a must, and a side of extra frosting makes each bite heavenly. I've tried to replicate these at home with the bake at home pillsbury rolls, but despite advertising that it's Cinnabon frosting, it is not the same, you must get one from a mall for it to be the real thing. I don't understand how anyone can give Cinnabon anything less than 4 stars. Even when days old and stale, a quick 10 seconds in the microwave and an extra cup of frosting will revive the oldest of Cinnabons. Well that's this critic's review.

I love the warm, gooey cinnamon rolls with their cream cheese frosting. Not many places can match this treat, or maybe it's just nostalgic to me. This is the closest Cinnabon location close to my house and I really hope it stays (since Westminster mall is getting completely remodeled and turned into an outdoor mall).The staff is friendly. This location no longer has a seating area within its locale, but you could walk across the way to sit at the diminishing food court. Come on Tuesdays to get their discounted rolls. I always forget to go though and either end up stopping by on a Monday or Wednesday for a treat lol

The driver left the food in the sun. Won't be ordering anytime soon. They are delicious but was reluctant to eat them while they were left in the sun

If you want a sugar high, come here. Perfect place. Free cinnabites when you sign up. Or bonbites I think its called. Too sweet for me. Iced cold brew just taste like chocolate milk.

I used my birthday reward here which is a free small cold brew. I also ordered a Classic Cinnabon. I really wish the lady understood me but I don't think she understood my order, maybe she does not speak fluent English, I'm not sure but I told her several times I wanted a classic without frosting and she just nodded her head and still gave it to me with frosting. I also ordered the cold brew without ice and I still got the ice. So the reason why I didn't give a lower star rating was because the other lady was super nice and courteous and I'm not going to make a big deal that I still got frosting and still got ice. This place is still the best for cinnamon rolls.
Cinnabon, is definitely the top. Not greater place to get cinnamon rolls. I will always love Cinnabon. World Class, indeed!!

DONT EAT HERE, BE WARNED!!!!! i loveD cinnabon with a passion, but this experience completely ruined my view especially from this place. i walked inside the mall one day and i was really craving something sweet and some delectable cinnabons, but i looked through the glass cover to see absolutely NO frosting on it? what the f*** like are u serving dry donuts or what? that s*** looks like dog treats. yall got me f***** up w them dry a** looking concoctions and expect me to eat that? not to mention the manager, plain rude as hell. i found like a piece of hair as short as his too on the side of my container so it was probably his. this guy has the poorest customer service experience ive ever seen, and the employees never seem happy, i hope its not because of him. this location is by far the worst EVER, i hope it gets shut down or run by someone who can do their job correctly and can at least have some respect. biting into the cinnabon was hard as a rock too, is this really what you guys are serving? looks like u took a s*** on it, im never going here again

I used to love this place because I would go after school and get my cinnamon rolls from the amazing workers. And this review has NOTHING to do with them, but as you may have read from other comments: terrible management, needs work. Thought I'd keep it sweet & short foe this review :)

Customer service wasn't great at all. The amount of times I've seen the manager being rude is unbelievable. Can't imagine how they treat their employees....

The manager treats customers with great disrespect, so I can only imagine how he treats his employees. I witnessed him discriminate against asians and speak to his employees in a degrading tone. Will not be supporting a business who shows nothing but disrespect.
