An affordable restaurant with good quality food, great friendly service. We ordered the Bun Rieu ( $12), and the "4 Món Ăn Chơi cuốn bánh tráng" to share - the special dish was $24 and also came with complimentary Jasmine tea that was fragrant and piping hot. Just the way I like it. The special came with 4 different types off meat: fish, beef, pork and shrimp paste. All the meat selection were good although my favorite was the beef because it was tender and so flavorful. We also got durian ice cream as a dessert. Service was great, they messed up our drink order but was really sweet. We were splitting the durian ice cream three-way so she brought three little cups for us which was so considerate and thoughtful. This place is so cute! Love the decor, very bright and inviting. Good place for meetings, do some co-working space or just to grab lunch to catch up with friends.

I came to this place for the first time based on a friend's recommendation, mentioning their delicious Ginger Tea. I tried it, and it didn't disappoint. The tea includes fresh orange slices, lime, fresh ginger, dried apricots, and 2 slices of what I think is Korean ginseng. I also tried Bun Rieu, while my friend had Banh Mi Op La and hot Vietnamese Milk Coffee. Despite a heavy rain on the day I visited, the warm service and delicious hot dishes left me truly satisfied. I read some comments mentioning slightly high prices, but I found it justified given the tasty and generous portions. The aesthetic decor and exceptionally clean restroom were also notable. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely return.

Omg. What a disappointment today. I use to love the Banh mi cha ca here but, not after today. The sandwich was so small the size of my hand and the cha ca was thinner then the cucumber barely any do Chua and the cost of this was $8 Really unbelievable. I will never come back here
The place is beautiful and clean. They have so many choices of food to choose. For breakfast, I liked Vietnamese special sandwich and ice coffee. For lunch, I got the beef stew, onion soup and avocado smoothie. The service is excellent and very friendly. I love to bring my friend and family here. It's super crowded on the weekends.

WORSE Restaurant and service I haven't been back to CF for over 10 years due to the meat market of dirty old men seating around and lurking at any females that walk by. I recently invite for lunch and there weren't dirty old men seating around so we went in. Many regrets to say the least. Foods were awful, drinks and foods didn't come until an hr after our orders were taken. We were so hungry and yet we couldn't swallow anything.
