My wife and I wanted a rice dish today and our usual places were closed on Wednesday so we tried this place and it was fantastic. Everything was perfect. The rice was not dry and all the meats were moist with excellent flavor. We will be back and tell our friends.

My mom is so picky with com tam and this is her go-to and now my go-to. The thit nuong is always consistent; delicious with a slight char to add that texture and extra flavor. The tau hu ky has the perfect crunch and the nuoc mam is yummy. The bi and egg cake are tasteful. And I can't have com tam without the side soup, which comes with every order. The spot seems older, but you can tell it's authenticity as it's locally run by Vietnamese people. The space is casual and quiet, but definitely busy and chaotic in the parking lot.

In my opinion, this is THE BEST com tam place. It's the perfect balance between quantity and quality. I usually order the #2 but mix and match whatever you like. I highly recommend anything with grilled pork. It is well-seasoned with a hint of lemongrass and grilled perfectly. One small thing I love about this place is the little chicharon bits they serve on each plate; it's a nice texture bonus. I'll keep coming back to try many more combinations of their delicious com tam!!!

If I can give 0 stars I would. My family eats here regularly. Today at 2:30pm I came in and asked if my son (7) could use the restroom in Vietnamese. The lady said no. Customers only. I shared we eat here all the time. She said she didn't care. I definitely will be sharing this with all my family. We're a community. We suppose to help one another. I personally think their restaurant is dirty and disgusting. My parents enjoy supporting their local community. Btw they wanted me to buy a $2.50 coke for my son's use of the bathroom. I bought a bottle of water for $1.25. I was like wow. If we looked like crack heads then I would get it. It's just sad.

I'm not picky about my com tam places because usually they're all similar in taste, but I've had better. I got the Com Tam Suon Nuong Cha and was not disappointed at all with the Suon Nuong. It was so tender and filled with a smokey flavor that I really like. The portion was smaller than what I'm used to, but it was still pretty good. As for the cha, it could've used a little bit more flavor to it because it just tasted more like a regular egg than anything special. I tried my boyfriend's Tau Hu Ky and it was honestly just more of the skin than anything else. It was probably the most disappointing thing from the dish. The Soda Chanh also tasted pretty watered down here. There are other options on the menu that would probably be better than these dishes. I honestly expected more from their com tam especially since it's in their restaurant name. Would probably come back to try their other viet foods!
I ordered Cơm tấm bì sườn đại hàn and hot tea. I got very little bì about fingers pinch the most. One small strip of Korean bbq rib. I was disappointed. The bill was $18.50. For that price I think I will go to com tâm Thiên Hảo on Beach blvd the next time.

Foods quality has gone down. Ordered 3 Com tam Kkb meat and they came out just fats. Third time ordered not very good. First time was okay second time was to go and we felt like we got cheated. It was slabbed with just a few pieces of meat (exactly 4 pieces). Not worth the money. Not coming back. Kaju is better, at least I got couple more meats and a tofu soup with side dishes.
