Came to dine with a few friends. Restaurant was nice and clean. Has large screen TV for watching games. It was a slow night so only a limited number of staff were scheduled. Had to flag them down several times during our dinner. Currently running a 30% off promotion until 12/20. Each day has a different category marked down. Overall we enjoyed our meal and will come back again in the future.

Stir-fried beef noodles shake, the beef is chewy and hard to eat

Everything was delicious and service was wonderful. Recommend the thai clams,
grilled tofu, popcorn chicken, beef tongue with burnt garlic, and the kumquat drink. Honorable
mentions for the fried salmon and garlic noodles and shaking beef!

The food was very good, I recommend the grilled pork vermicelli. The waiter forgot one of our appetizers but that's ok because she was really cute and very attentive. The prices were reasonable given the high prices everywhere. The atmosphere is like a nightclub's which is fine. When we got there it was almost empty but filled out very quickly as the sun went down. I would like to come back soon if I'm in the area. I'm looking forward to trying other dishes.

Let me start with the location is very calm and relaxing. It’s a highly recommended place if you are looking for family dinner restaurant especially they have lots of option for kids. The foods came out 10-15 mins after we ordered and it was so hot and fresh you could see the smoke coming out. Staff is fast and frequently check on us if we need anything else and a plus is the price is very reasonable . Must try Ca Nuong Da Gion and Ga Nuong.

They tried charging us twice for a meal worth around $90, and when we called to resolve it, they were awful and told us to not call again. The employee in person was better though. The chicken I had was burnt and partly inedible while foods like the sour soup were much too sweet. The atmosphere was the only thing redeemable about this establishment, but even then two different songs kept playing inside and outside making it overwhelming.

Was craving Vietnamese food while I was down in the OC for the day and decided to give Cay a try. I ordered the shaken beef w garlic noodles and my bf ordered the shaken beef w fried rice. After a long day of driving, this hit the spot!!!! I ordered my beef spicy and it came out so delicious. The giant tvs in the restaurant definitely caught my attention as soon as I walked in. I wanna come back to watch a game because not many restaurants have tvs this big! I was seated right away and food came out super fast. Overall I had a 10/10 and I will definitely make this spot a regular from now on!

Saturday 7/20/24 Dinner at Cay Restaurant in Westminster with my sister. I saw this restaurant in FB and put it on my restaurant bucket list. I decided to try it out with my sister who is my sidekick. Ordered the Shaken beef with French bread, shrimp rolls, grilled chicken, Vietnamese salad, scorched rice with fried little shrimps with sautéed green onions. Deserts: mixed fruits with coconut milk and lotus seed and longan. Everything were so good. Beef-medium made to perfection and their special dipping sauce. The grilled chicken has full of herbs and spices and was very tasty and the combo order comes with salad and scorched rice. This is a hidden gem of a restaurant in the heart of Little Saigon in Orange County.

Tiep, service staff, was friendly and helpful in provided recommendations of their most popular dishes and very attentive to customers (us). We have the honor to meet Ken, restaurant’s owner, who is friendly and hospitable. We even strike a pose together to remember this moment. Thank you Tiep and Ken.

The restaurant has nice decorations with nice furniture, tables, and comfortable chairs. They played high vibe music.

I highly recommend trying this restaurant. I will be returning to try their other dishes.
