Owner needs to know that the waitresses today at 3pm on a sundyay with only 4 guests in the restaurant, that their servers didnt wait on our table .This has happened for the last few times ive been here at Dai.The service is so BAD!!!!! So sad because we are really good guests.My sis and i have always treated them good despite their poor service...there were only 4 customers yet an hour later they still did t take our order.This happened today on a sunday at 3pm. I closed out my check and went to satoshi sushi...then the girl gaslighted us and said her sidework comes first before the guest...everyone in the restaurant including guests heard her say her sidework is more important than waiting on the customer after waiting for a whole hour....WHOEVER OWNS THIS PLACE NEEDS TO SEE THE VIDEO...WE WERE SITTING NEAR AT THE WINDOW IN THE VERY FRONT....PLEASE RETRAIN YOUR SERVERS!!!!!!!

Had a very disappointing experience here. I've been here about a couple times, but today's experience was horrible. First on the list requesting a bar sitting, there were 4 open bar seats, but they won't seat me, even after I approached one of the servers to tell her. Waited 30mins, when there were open seats, and she would rather convince others to sit there even when their seat preferences said otherwise.

Good quality, cant complain about anything I ordered. The price is average for a sushi restaurant and it's a small cozy spot. There's booth seating and they give kids the chopstick helper which is nice. My favorite was the tiger roll. The deal here is 50% off sushi which makes the 2 piece sushi about $4.50.

After a long day at work, you just want something delicious that ends the day right. Let me tell you now, eating here was perfect. I ordered an unagi bowl, 2 pcs of salmon sushi, and hot green tea. The unagi bowl was phenomenal, and came with miso soup and salad. I highly recommend. The salmon sushi wasn’t as fresh tasting as I hoped it would be, but it was still delicious! There was no line, but the restaurant was still lively. A great place to eat!

My new go to sushi spot!
My first impression of this place was, "it's legit". It was small but I think I prefer that since that tells me they focus on quality. It was decorated in a way that felt authentically Japanese. And the chefs were actually Japanese, good sign?
The servers were very accommodating but it did feel like they could have used a bit of help, not a lot.
Now let's get to the good part: I ordered the salmon, seared salmon, mackerel, salmon belly and yellow tail belly. Each and every piece left me with a smile. Especially the salmon belly, that thing was smoother than butter.

Fantastic little sushi restaurant with excellent service and food to match. I ordered their tuna, salmon, and yellowtail sushi. Everything was fresh, and the quality was exceptional. The prices were great compared to other nearby sushi places. I will be returning here. They also have a lunch menu which I will try next time.

I had ordered once before from Dai Sushi through Door Dash and thought it was just ok. Dine-in is definitely a better experience. The restaurant is slightly dim inside but I personally thought it had a nice and cozy ambience. One thing I absolutely adored was all the cute Studio Ghibli artwork they had on the wall. Service was great, the 2 ladies helping our table came by to check on us every so often but also giving us our space. They are currently having a a 50% off sushi and so we took advantage of the deal and tried a few items. Tried the yellow tail, amber jack and tuna sushi and it was so good. If we hadn’t ordered 5 of the special rolls I would have definitely ordered more of the 50% off sushi seeing that it came out quick and was so melt in your mouth delicious. The special rolls were so filling and definitely recommend the dai special or tiger roll. Also of course the dragon roll because I love my eel rolls. We also tried the bento combo and it was a lot of food. We devoured the special rolls so I only got a quick photo of one of the bentos. The only suggestion I have is ask for the low sodium soy sauce (the green bottle). We were given the red bottle and didn’t realize how salty it was till we had all poured it. I personally don’t use soy sauce on my sushi but I did try the red bottle and it was way too salty!I guess we’re used to the low sodium stuff. Overall great experience eating here with the family. Looks like we found a new sushi spot. Also it’s right next to Daiso! Fun to check out before or after eating!
