Staff did great. Got a line of cars on drive thru but this young man kept it at 100 with dine in customers. Nice attitude, great service despite not being sure what I wanted to order. Very patient! Food was great

This is another example of the Ghost of Service Past. As is normal these days, one employee was handling the drive-thru and the counter. After waiting a minute or so for service an obviously unhappy employee turned from a line of cars to take my order.
I presented my phone for a free Epic Burrito that I'd earned with reward points...but I'd forget to tap the small button selecting the discount. Instead of waiting literally *One Second* for me to tap it, she walked away.
Nothing can excuse this kind of discourteous treatment, but I only partly blame the employee who was, after all, trying to do two jobs at once.
Owners: Please don't pretend to have a dining room. If you can't provide the bare minimum of customer service...convert your business to a drive-thru!!! I'm tired of this second class treatment.

Worst fast food I've ever had. This is my 1st and last time eating here. The only thing that was good were the drinks. Tacos and fries were cold and I asked for steak and got mystery meat that looked like ground turkey. Food was soggy....flavor was bad! The churros were hard as a rock and stale. Super disappointed. Epic fail!!!!
