I wouldn’t return here. The food is expensive :/ It isn’t served hot either, room temperature or warm at best.
$6 for 3 pc Seaweed Shrimp roll: The filling is shrimp with some sort of starch filler. It should be all shrimp but it seems they’re trying to skimp on ingredients. The breading is okay, but it was kept under a heat lamp all day and is not fresh or warmed up for sit down customers
$6 for 4 pc Shu Mai: served room temperature 😭 bro what. The wrapper is dry from sitting under a heat lamp. The filling is flavorful but I wish it was heated up. Yes, I did request for it to be heated up when I ordered it at the counter.
$7 Bubble waffle: it was made fresh in 8 minutes. A bit dry but it’s fluffy. I probably should have spent $7 on something else.

Located in the iconic Asian Garden Mall, this Dim Sum establishment is a disappointment. Went in on a Friday early afternoon, and the items served seem to be at least a day old. Sticky rice steamed in a leaf smelled spoiled, Har Gow (shrimp dumpling) was minced and the bottom was tough. The rice roll was just as bad.

Took the Loss so you don't have to.

Accepts credit card for a 3% charge.
Typical mall food ( taste and quality) so place is like 2.5 stars.

The food wasn't piping hot as most of it was precooked and under a heat lamp.
Have to ask for utensil and napkins.

There isn't much food choices in this mall.

Staff speaks Cantonese, vietnamese and English.

Price was raised to $6 for most items . Pretty tasty and fresh for a food court. Service might seem rude , but just know that’s how they talk.

Worst wonton ever eaten. Shrimp and meat wontons, no shrimp. The meat has a bit of celery and doesn't taste weird. 13$ 1 bowl. the worst wonton ever. only celery and little meat. weird taste

Ordered delivery from here, and the food is pretty good. The sizes of those dim sums are pretty big portions, and they taste great. I got the Jumbo pork and shrimp dumplings and the pork and shrimp Shumai, and they are delicious. I also got the Hunan Chicken and rice, It was a little different from what I am used to. Usually, they come with broth but not in from this place, and also, the rice was a little mushy, but maybe because it was delivered and not dine in. Overall, I really like the dim sums in this place.

Maggots found in dim sum. Restaurant claims it's "foaming" resulting from steaming process.

This place gave me food poisoning for days. I don’t like the environment here. They don't cook clean. The customer service is awful too.

Asked for no ice in the milk coffee through uber eats, got ice anyway. Dumplings are smaller in person then pictures. Shrimp fried "spicy" "wonton" was not even a hint of spicy, didn't look like the picture at all, did not have any Crunch that one might expect from a difference between a steamed dumpling and a fried dumpling.
