Good food friendly service
The kids working here are nice and friendly but the owner doesn't give them the tools to make things right when wronged. Took my boys there for BOGO deal for HS students. The order was placed and paid regular price because the boy failed to mention HS student. After the transaction, I asked the girl to correct the price based on the BOGO deal. They couldn't so anything because the transaction was done. I stopped coming for almost 2 months now.
Measurements seem off...
The menu is the same as all of their other locations, but our drinks didn't have the exact sweetness level that we asked for. Mine was so sweet that I had to water it down in the car and my mom's was so bitter that it felt like they added no sweetness nor flavor at all.
* Lychee Green Tea: 8/10 - tasted like 100% sweetness when I asked for 50%
* Matcha Milk 0 - super bitter and way too much matcha powder
* Passionfruit Green Tea: 9/10 - good level of tartness
The workers were nice and weren't upset when we asked them to remake one of the drinks, but there wasn't really a difference in flavor. Therefore, we just assumed that it's this certain location's measurements and just the way they make their drinks.
The interior is quite nice and bright which we enjoyed. They have a decent amount of seating and we didn't have to wait too long for our drinks. The shop is located in a small plaza, but it's usually quite empty so you should be able to find a parking spot easily.
Despite the disappointment, we'll be back to give them another try in the future.
this place feels abandoned, no bathroom, no wifi, no nothing. Pretty surprised this is a chain shop! However, the kids working there are nice. And worst of all, the milk tea is on the watery side, and iirc, might've just been earl grey. Ugh!
Good milk tea
Offers a refreshing selection of boba and milk teas with a variety of flavors to choose from. Their drinks are consistently delicious and the ambiance is cozy, making it a great spot for tea lovers.

Friendly staff. They have hot drinks I the menu but they don't actually serve any of them. Ordered 4 drinks. They were all yummy but the slushes were a little watery and the teas were more than half large icecubes.

Thai tea latte is super good. Extra golden boba makes it better. I got 70% sugar level and it was sweet enough. It'd be extremely sweet if you put 100%.I got popcorn chicken with medium spicy level. It was ok. You should eat it right away when it is still hot. Otherwise, it might get greasy when it gets cold.
