I love Dunkin and enjoy having it as an alternate chain option to Starbucks. Unfortunately, this branch consistently has the SLOWEST service I’ve experienced in any drive thru around the Huntington Beach and Westminster areas. I really hope they find a way to improve their turnaround service times.

I come here every week for donuts and coffee. The only reason I decided to finally write a review is because I have created a close bond to one of the staff members working the night shift. Her name is Annie, she’s been working here ever since I started coming to get my weekly dozen of vanilla frosted with sprinkles donuts. She always remembers my order. She’s super help when it comes to choosing a drink from the plethora of different drinks Dunkin’s has to offer. Over time, I’ve started to look forward to see her there when I get my order. As well as the other staff members, they are all very nice people. The inside is always very clean and not messy like other locations. I recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts location if you’re in the area.

I ordered 1 donut & a coffee plus 4 groups of 5 munchkins (donut holes). Got to talking to someone and left without my change. Came back about an hour later and they had my change in a bag with my receipt stapled on it. Very good handling of the situation.

10.00 for a bagel and a LG black coffee. I ask for cream cheese on the side. It was wrong. Girl at window was rude so I got a refund o. My bagel and won't go back.

I ordered a large iced latte with 2 EXTRA SHOT OF ESPRESSO, 7 pumps of Carmel and 3 of brown sugar. My drink comes with 3 shots initially so when I add two shots in my drink it shouldn’t show up looking milky white. You can’t taste espresso in this drink whatsoever. This is why I absolutely hate when door dash pushes my order over to the goldenwest location when I’m more viably close to the brookhurst one. This goldenwest store continually proves to me on a daily basis that they just don’t care about quality when making their products. EVERY SINGLE TIME.

If I could give zero stars for service I would. It’s convenient because of the college, but there is this only girl who gives nasty attitude when I politely corrected her mistake on my order. I could have been mean but I wasn’t and it happened twice. Since I always used to go every morning I’d feel like she’d recognize me and just be awful at customer service. I don’t usually leave reviews but it’s come to this point. Makes me want to drive to another location instead of coming to this one.
