I ordered a large iced latte with 2 EXTRA SHOT OF ESPRESSO, 7 pumps of Carmel and 3 of brown sugar. My drink comes with 3 shots initially so when I add two shots in my drink it shouldn’t show up looking milky white. You can’t taste espresso in this drink whatsoever. This is why I absolutely hate when door dash pushes my order over to the goldenwest location when I’m more viably close to the brookhurst one. This goldenwest store continually proves to me on a daily basis that they just don’t care about quality when making their products. EVERY SINGLE TIME.

If I could give zero stars for service I would. It’s convenient because of the college, but there is this only girl who gives nasty attitude when I politely corrected her mistake on my order. I could have been mean but I wasn’t and it happened twice. Since I always used to go every morning I’d feel like she’d recognize me and just be awful at customer service. I don’t usually leave reviews but it’s come to this point. Makes me want to drive to another location instead of coming to this one.

I don’t know how to start.. my daughter and I walked in to order. The girl at counter taking orders was nice., but was new and was not trained because she kept asking for help.. her coworker ignored all her questions. We were taking so long that the 2 customers behind us left. 2 of the girls working the drive thru and preparing the orders are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. When we got our drinks one of them was wrong and no body helped just walked by me over and over again.. until I had stop one them to tell them about the drink but once again so rude never answered me just took my drink..she gave me my drink but just put on the counter with a angry face .. I said thank you and walked away without a word just looked angry.. we will never go there again.. service needs to be trained in customer service.

This is the closest one I have. So I want to start off by saying the food is delicious but for some reason they always forget my items or they type down the wrong thing. I’m getting annoyed of how many times there getting my orders wrong and how many times I go inside to fix it and Btw This happens all the time.
So good to have the D&D chain here in California now ... I grew with them on the east coast.... Seems the name no longer carries the same weight as it did. Food has gone down hill and apparently the employees just could care less about the quality of food they hand to the customers.

Store closed around 1240pm on 2/13/25 but was still taking orders via app. Showed up and doors locked, drive thru blocked, 7 people/cars waiting outside. No note on door or notification in app. Still no refund

Conveniently located across the college for a quick breakfast bite.
Doughnuts taste as expected. Various options available. I learned that Donuts are baked and another location and shipped to this place. The only fresh baked items that are created here or muffins. The muffins were a bit dry. Didn't taste fresh (soft or warm).
Several areas to sit. Dining area looked clean. There is even a kiosk for selection and purchase options.
Price is a bit more of what you would expect at a mom and pop doughnut shop.
Friendly service. I was greeted with a smile upon entering.
