I love Dunkin and enjoy having it as an alternate chain option to Starbucks. Unfortunately, this branch consistently has the SLOWEST service I’ve experienced in any drive thru around the Huntington Beach and Westminster areas. I really hope they find a way to improve their turnaround service times.

I come here every week for donuts and coffee. The only reason I decided to finally write a review is because I have created a close bond to one of the staff members working the night shift. Her name is Annie, she’s been working here ever since I started coming to get my weekly dozen of vanilla frosted with sprinkles donuts. She always remembers my order. She’s super help when it comes to choosing a drink from the plethora of different drinks Dunkin’s has to offer. Over time,...

I ordered 1 donut & a coffee plus 4 groups of 5 munchkins (donut holes). Got to talking to someone and left without my change. Came back about an hour later and they had my change in a bag with my receipt stapled on it. Very good handling of the situation.
