Why is this location so horribly and inefficiently run. Looks so dirty, lines ALWAYS take forever, have 1 person taking orders then walking to other register to have people pay. 1 person going back and forth. Pretty sure health code violations are occurring daily.

Very Disappointed – Not the EBB I Remember
If you haven’t been to Einstein Bros Bagels in the past few years, prepare to be disappointed. The quality has taken a serious nosedive. The bagels were undercooked and tasted like under-proofed dough—dense, doughy, and unpleasant. It’s shocking how far they’ve fallen from the fresh, chewy bagels they once served.
The staff were friendly and service was quick, but even the best effort can’t make up for the poor quality of food. The egg patties on the sandwiches were paper-thin, clearly made with a single egg (if that), and lacked any real flavor or substance.
To make things worse, the orange juice wasn’t fresh—it was clearly a diluted Minute Maid concentrate, and they still had the nerve to charge a premium for it. Add in the fact that there was no indoor seating, and three of the outdoor tables were marked “Reserved for Employees Only,” and you’re left with a thoroughly disappointing experience.
For the price they charge, this visit was absolutely not worth it. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

My son loves Einsteins bagels; we used to go every Sunday, but this particular location isn't as clean as the others. The bagels are fresh and flavorful great there, but again this location runs out of flavors often, and if they run out of sandwich ingredients they make the sandwich without it and may forget to tell you. The presentation can be sloppy and other times good.
The food overall is great, just this location isn't as nice as most of their other locations.

I have to give the service a 2 stars , just because of 1 lady. I was pregnant and found out about this place. I never liked breakfast at all. This was amazing food for me . I came in to the pick up window one day, because I had been ordering there as that's where they called me over from day 1. Odd I thought but whatever , instead of the order here 1st cashier register. One day after about 20 visits already . The lady at the pick up station said, do you see to your right? I said yes, she said well that's where you order ,if you look above you that reads pick up, not order here. I said well I'm sorry ,since day one I had been ordering here and no one has said otherwise ,I went to go walk down to the other side, she said ,there you go, good girl. I decided to walk out and never come back.

Horrible Service Horrible Selection. I will Never going to ANY Einstein's ever bcuz this was such a horrible experience. No iced tea, I asked for my bagel LIGHTLY toasted it was burned. I stopped here on my way to work it took 12 min for 1 onion bagel w plain cream cheese! #im
Same situation as one of the other reviews, my order ahead clearly says toasted and none of my bagels were toasted. Disappointed to leave the place and open your food and find it untoasted, it's like eating soggy cereal. And I tried calling the business but no on answers which I may understand since it's busy but geezus why does everyone seem all lost in the sauce.

This is a good breakfast spot if you like bagels. You can get them with cream cheese or they also have different types of breakfast bagels. Some with sausage, bacon, and even chorizo. You can also get some fresh orange juice or a coffee. They also have a pizza bagel and hummus.
Nothing better than a beautiful breakfast morning with the Garden Avocado Egg Sandwich. So much flavor, so much juiciness, so fulfilling. I absolutely enjoyed my mini breakfast date with me thanks to you!!
