Horrible Service Horrible Selection. I will Never going to ANY Einstein's ever bcuz this was such a horrible experience. No iced tea, I asked for my bagel LIGHTLY toasted it was burned. I stopped here on my way to work it took 12 min for 1 onion bagel w plain cream cheese! #im

Same situation as one of the other reviews, my order ahead clearly says toasted and none of my bagels were toasted. Disappointed to leave the place and open your food and find it untoasted, it's like eating soggy cereal. And I tried calling the business but no on answers which I may understand since it's busy but geezus why does everyone seem all lost in the sauce.

This is a good breakfast spot if you like bagels. You can get them with cream cheese or they also have different types of breakfast bagels. Some with sausage, bacon, and even chorizo. You can also get some fresh orange juice or a coffee. They also have a pizza bagel and hummus.
Nothing better than a beautiful breakfast morning with the Garden Avocado Egg Sandwich. So much flavor, so much juiciness, so fulfilling. I absolutely enjoyed my mini breakfast date with me thanks to you!!

The place was clean, service was fast, no mistakes on our order and we liked the cinnamon and sugar bagel...it tastes just like a churro. We also enjoyed the chocolate chip bagel and cinnamon raisin. I see a lot of bad reviews and I think people must have not said cream cheese with each bagel. If you want cream cheese, you have to say. Their pizza bagel looks good we saw a hot one when we were in there. They have fresh looking orange juice. Not much room for dining and there's some tables outside.
Location was extremely dirty, there was nowhere to sit and when we attempted to eat our food, the manager informed us that the lobby was closed but no signs were up to let patrons know.This definitely isn't a location we will ever plan on visiting again

Service is pretty slow, maybe because they dont have enough toasters. ? the bagels are good thought, nothing out of this world but good. ?
Bagel only: i tried ancient and everythingBagels. Asked to be toasted but came out not crispy at all just more like warmed up bagel. Size looked like it was for kids size bagel plain cream cheese was good.Not impressed at all for a shop with name bagel.Dunkin up north and Bagel now down south from here has better bagel imo.Best so far for me Winchell s 9 grain bagel so far.There was a guy talking loudly on his phone outside the store it was so annoying as i was eating on the outside table and he was also cursing and just talking very loudly. Soon i realized he wasn’t talking on his phone.

I usually don't leave reviews, but my experience was so bad that I feel I have to. My phone was dead, I thought "Oh look, they have tables and wall plugs". So I sat down, started charging my phone while eating my bagel. Then the manager girl, (the chubby one with the black hair), walks out and tells me to stand up and unplug my phone because they don't offer indoor sitting. So why the hell do you have 3 tables with chairs then? I'm not a sensitive person, but they should really talk to her about that attitude. It's ridiculous, cover the wall plugs and take the tables out then. I'm supposed to eat my bagel standing up when there's a chair right there? Anyways, avoid this place, at least until they get a new manager.
