I'm so happy this place made it through the past few years during COVID! They've provided me a lot of meals from working close enough in the area to now just stop by for some great authentic Mexican food guisado style. I can't speak highly enough of the quality in consistency in the food. Now about the food I ordered...I got their barbacoa because it's one of my favorite dishes. This time however I ordered it in a burrito and couldn't help but have heart shaped eyes when I saw the burrito in front of me. The flavor is classic with the chipotle peppers, topped with rice, beans and all the fixings. I had to slow myself down so I could enjoy the burrito. I highly recommend giving everything a shot here because you will not be disappointed. I believe the owner is a former Westminster High School alumni, my alma mater, and I am not a paid spokesperson but I am a proponent of local business.Get out and enjoy some comida! ??

They were ok. I drive by this place daily and decided to finally stop for lunch one day with my husband. It looks like they do a lot of catering as they had a TON of catering boxes stacked up inside. Those big plastic rolley ones that keep food hot. Anyways, I got chicken tacos. They had decent flavor but just felt like something was missing. Maybe it was because I saw an old menu which had chicken taquitos on it and they weren't offering them anymore, so perhaps the tacos were overshadowed by my disappointment.

My adult sons recently visited Chef Taco where they experienced unwarranted rudeness, and customers were being served based on their appearance rather than on a fair basis. They spoke Spanish and insulted them not being aware that they can understand even if they look white. This discriminatory practice is disheartening and goes against the principles of good customer service. I believe it's essential for the establishment to address these concerns to ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers. This happened on 12/30/23 between 1:30-3pm So disappointing!
