Tostada bowls were filled with black lettuce, brown/hard avocado, dry chicken, and found black hair in my food. On top of that they shorted on the dressing. Tried calling for a refund with no answer so will be issuing a chargeback.

Something wrong about the way they Cooked the food. I’ve been enjoy their chicken for long time. Since I see many new face there, their food tasteless too. They gave me rice that hard like rock. They should taste the food before selling them to customers. Don’t want to go back to this location.

Went there with a friend. Got the tacos and a tostada. It took 15 minutes to get our food and it was not good. The whole staff was more concerned with cracking jokes with each other than getting the food out. Just ridiculous. Will not go back.
my grandmother and I haven't been to this location for over a year for various reason... things have not changed! We stopped by, we thought redemption would happen... WRONG!!! They have cross contamination with food. We witnessed a worker scoop means into a container and then dump it to put mashed potatoes instead. Then, they have a large tray of tortilla chips just sitting in the open where a person sneezed and the tray wasn't even covered!!!! People grab it with their bare hands too! Beware of cross contamination, unsanitary food and poor customer service! *if you have allergies please be careful*

Will never buy from this Westminster location again. Grumpy and not friendly. I ordered a tostada salad and a burrito. They asked if I wanted any salsa or sauce. I said just one extra creamy cilantro and they wanted to charge $0.85 for one, while other locations give it for free.
