Long time regular for the past 10ish years who eats maybe once a month here... The chicken here is comparable to restaurants that sell the same thing for 5x the price, so I'm pretty surprised that there's a number of low star reviews... Have always been happy with the service here as well. Great staff/owner.

I didn't have a problem with the staff as other Yelp reviews have noted. The staff are hardworking and friendly. They offer samples of the chicken as well so you can try it before you order. The chicken teriyaki is grilled teppanyaki style and fresh to order so it is hot and delicious. This is a franchise chain (I believe) also located in the Mission Viejo Mall as well. A majority of shops in the Westminster Mall are out of business, but I still would come to support this establishment when I get a craving for good teriyaki. The $9.99 "Special of the Day" Chicken Teriyaki is what I would recommend. It does not include a drink, but is definitely a bargain and sure to satisfy your appetite! Remember to get a stamp card to buy 5 and get 1 free as well.

Rude associates. They don't listen when you tell them you don't want something and continue to offer. They ask what flavor drink you want even though you didn't order one. They need to pick better tactics to upsell. They also don't tell you your total just ask for your card. Now the food... I got the No.1. 1) The salmon was awful quality, just chewy and didn't taste fresh. 2) The rice was mushy and just tasted like vinegar. 3) The cucumber was warm in the roll, wasn't cold and crunchy. Overall was just bad. Don't recommend.

Delicious! I ordered the teriyaki chicken with white rice and veggies for $9.99 and it did not disappoint! Cooked super fresh right in front of you and they pour on the teriyaki sauce over the rice and chicken at the end (they ask you first if that's what you want) and everything gets a nice dousing of delicious teriyaki sauce that isn't syrupy or weird, it's the perfect balance of flavor! Extremely pleasantly surprised by this place! I will be returning for sure!

My teens and I stopped here since we were offered a chicken sample. TASTY! Decided to order a bento box and it did not disappoint. Everything was made fresh, tasted amazing, and the staff we encountered were very nice. The amount of food we received for the price was quite a deal. We are absolutely coming here again.
Look some reviewers like Antonio are full of shit, I have been coming to this place for years and they always cook their chicken fresh in front of me . I have never seen them re use chicken that is old that sounds more like Panda. It has become pricey almost double for their base Teriyaki Chicken which is now 9.99 compared to maybe $4.99 when they first started 7-8 years ago . As far as those wishing them out of business even as other businesses have closed at the mall they are still standing . And continue to attract customers so they are obviously doing something right .

Everything is Flavorless. Dry chicken he re heated left over chicken.. 18$ for shrimp and Chicken with no drink. & he doesn’t give you much. The teraki sauce is basically water. No flavor or color. I regret buying and will never come back. Can’t wait to see this one out of business soon.
