Best French Vietnamese patisserie place I have experienced. Open 7 days, family run. We liked the chicken filled ones more than the pork filled. But both were over the top with freshness and taste.
Gala I believe has the best cafe Sua da or Vietnamese iced coffee in Westminster. They have a great business focused on their coffee. I get their half gallon to go when I’m there and it costs $28, kudos to them for being able to charge this. It’s a reminder if you do something great, you are welcome to charge for it and people will come if you are consistent.
Dang. I can't believe this place doesn't have more reviews. I bet everyone is trying to keep it their little secret. Best Cafe Sua Da(Ice Coffee) in all of Bolsa. A little on the sweeter side. Best Banh Mi Trung(Fried Egg Sandwich) and Best Pate Chaud Ga(baked pastry with chicken). That's a lot of bests. When I lived in OC. I came here every morning on my morning commute for 3 years. Every day. 1 of the owners Tim is a great guy and the older gentlemen loves photography...
