Gala I believe has the best cafe Sua da or Vietnamese iced coffee in Westminster. They have a great business focused on their coffee. I get their half gallon to go when I’m there and it costs $28, kudos to them for being able to charge this. It’s a reminder if you do something great, you are welcome to charge for it and people will come if you are consistent.
Dang. I can't believe this place doesn't have more reviews. I bet everyone is trying to keep it their little secret. Best Cafe Sua Da(Ice Coffee) in all of Bolsa. A little on the sweeter side. Best Banh Mi Trung(Fried Egg Sandwich) and Best Pate Chaud Ga(baked pastry with chicken). That's a lot of bests. When I lived in OC. I came here every morning on my morning commute for 3 years. Every day. 1 of the owners Tim is a great guy and the older gentlemen loves photography...
Chicken Pate Puff Pastry and The Best Vietnamese Iced coffee in the area, in my opinion. Having lived around here for decades and tried most of the Vietnamese shops selling the same, this place is my favorite for both. The smell of the pastry fills a car fast, great for a quick bite or snack anytime, and the coffee is balanced and flavorful - not crazy sweet, just enough kick to get you going. Not bitter like some places.
