This restaurant is well-known to many people about beef noodle from Central Vietnam (Bún bò Huế) but it really disappointed me! The broth of their Bun Bo Huế was sweet but not good. It seemed it was not from bones & meat! Not flavorful either. Just average so so.

We order the Bun Bo Hue Large bowl. It came out super quick but what k was shocked was that the size of the “large” bowl was much smaller than a lot of the restaurants. This was very disappointing for the price of the soup.

Buen restaurant para Bun que es fideo de arroz, puede ser de seco con asadas o como sopa con caldo de varias proteínas. Bueno y bonito.
