I tried the Bun Bo hue that they said was the best, and to me, it wasn't the best. I had better. It didn't have the authentic bun Bo hue smell or taste. It was eatable. The meat, however, tasted good. The vegetables were fresh. The drinks were okay. The service was quick and fast, though. There were a lot of people there. The atmosphere was loud and crowded.

We were craving for vietnamese noodle and decided to try something new. We found Ghien Mi Go while looking for place in Google map. Food was decent, service could be better, noodle was fresh, vegetable was also fresh, the meat was a bit not too tender. Give this place a try if you are looking for vietnamese noodle!

The best yellow noodle i have try around. Other place make the sound so salty. This one is perfect. Must try.

The name of the restaurant is good but the noodles are not delicious, so we should find a way to make the seasoning more standard

Absolutely delicious. We ordered the rice, dry hu tieu, and the shaking beef with noodles. Every dish came with a broth true to Vietnamese cuisine. We loved the flavor of every dish. The chicken was muscley which was wonderful and the noodles were buttery and the beef so soft.
At the end of the meal one of the employees came over a waitress named Minh. I could cry at the service because she asked about our meal, helped us pack up our leftovers and gave us more fish sauce for the chicken without us asking. She also bantered with us which you don’t get often. Will absolutely come back here just for Minh. Crying into my hu tieu at the service.

Food is great. They have a lot of options to pick from. Service is fast as we didn't have to wait long to get our food. They give a good portion size here with lots of ingredients. They are always busy here. My dad likes to come here when he is craving any soup related meals.

Up to now, November 2024, I tried to go to the Noodle Shop on Bolsa Street. It was not crowded at noon on a Tuesday, about 30 people. The male hostess welcomed the guests quite friendly. The delicious dish is noodles but very delicious. Too bad there's no DUCK NOODLES, selling side dishes like rice? Sometimes the staff exchange work is quite noisy, so avoid when diners are eating, it feels a bit uncomfortable, anyway I tip, not violating the prohibitions of food safety and hygiene inspectors. I will return one day soon.

The reason for 3 star is the broth :(
Broth: lack of any flavor, not hu tieu go or hu tieu nam vang or any kinds, just blank. I am not too picky but came to this restaurant with high hope though. I had to put lots of soysauce and vinegar.
Topping: seafood or pork or crunchy fat are delicious and fresh , 5 stars
