Goobne Chicken Westminster

I don't eat chicken but I tryed onion ring past few month its amazing . Not fry its bake so no oily. this is the best onion ring I ever eat only this location . I had tryed other location it was not same taste. I bought chicken for my son he said its the best one. by the way my son is very picky about chicken

The soy garlic and sweet and spicy were fantastic! Tastes just like Seoul! The staff were so kind and helpful! Can’t wait to come back!

All the way in the back of the food court at H-Mart Westminster, you can find Goobne Chicken! They are a chain hailing from Korea. This tucked-away location is known for their oven-roasted chicken that’s crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with bold Korean flavors.🔥 From their signature pepper crispy wings to hearty chicken rice bowls, every bite is a flavor bomb. The pepper crispy flavor was not too salty and had the perfect texture. Rice bowls had lots of sauce and the chicken is very juicy.

I love goobne chicken so I was really excited when I heard that it’s opening in westminster hmart. I finally gave it a try yesterday and it was really disappointing.. it was way too overcooked and I had to cut some burnt spots.. and the meat was overall really dry… i wouldnt pay $35(38 with tax) for these dry wings…

This chicken place is delish but seriously overpriced in my opinion. For the cheapest combo you get 4 pieces of chicken and a side of your choice you probably going to guess “Thats 10$-17$” ITS NOT. ITS 20 DOLLARS. Also, if you get the biggest combo it’s going to be 42 with tax.. athis place is delicious but seriously needs to improve the portions and prices.

These are not double fried chicken. These are oven roasted chicken.

We got volcano flavor and Soy garlic flavor then added waffle fries.

My fiancé said it reminds him of Pizza Hut wings. I loved the waffle fries because it had a hint of honey sweetness.

The wait was about 20 minutes, they give you a beeper so you can walk around the area until it beeps. There are also mini claw machines to keep the kids or adults busy.

If you want water, any of the vendors will give you an empty cup and you would fill it up at the water fountain by the restrooms which is next door to this chicken place.

$18.99+ tax for 8 pieces. Kinda pricey but I feel like many Korean chicken places charge similarly. The Galbi chicken was a little spicy but seasoned well. Sad they only had wings no boneless as I don't like picking at the bones.
Want to try the honey butter chicken next time.
Fyi, none of the chickens have garlic seasoning except the garlic chicken and this doesn't have batter.

It took almost 45 minutes to get my order. Unless you have a ton of time I'd order from someplace else. Food is just ok.
