I ordered from out of state, and it arrived overnight - super fast shipping! The drinks were still cold and fresh when I received them. The flavors are amazing, especially the Thai green milk tea- it’s perfectly balanced, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. It’s honestly my perfect taste! And the toppings…oh my gosh, they’re freaking cute and delicious! Each one has its own texture : chewy, flavorful, and so satisfying. The adorable designs make everything even more fun to eat. Their customer service is also wonderful — very friendly, polite, and quick to respond to messages. You can really tell they care about their customers. Overall, I’m super happy with my order — from the packaging to the taste to the service, everything was perfect. Definitely ordering again soon! 💕

Been a long time customer. What a shame this place is now on my black list. After waiting in line for some time, I saw a table open up after two people left to grab their drinks when called and exited the building so I went to go sit while my party continues to waits in line. Not even a minute passes and one of the guys behind the counter comes up to me and tells me the table is reserved. Then a group of 4 people that definitely were not in front immediately sits at my table as I left. Needless to say we left without ordering. Never had this happen, ever, at any establishment. I've patronized this place many times and have advertised it to friends and family but now I'm sure you don't need my business - taking it elsewhere and will let people know how you treat your customers. You shouldn't kick people out like that because you got your friends or family coming in. Goodbye!

This place got pretty popular on Vietnamese TikTok because of their spicy noodles, so I decided to check it out. The food was decent — not amazing, but not bad either.
What really disappointed me, though, was the service. The staff definitely need better training. When it comes to spicy noodles, they should recommend the spice level or at least ask the customer, but they didn’t. I ordered level 3 spicy noodles, and it tasted like pure chili — way too spicy to enjoy. On top of that, the server brought the wrong dish and even mixed up tables, which made things feel really unorganized.
Overall, it’s fine if you just want to try it because it’s trending, but in terms of service, it’s not a place I’d come back to.

From out of state and visiting OC, came here because I saw the owner post on SNS and looks quite good. Got the Milo bucket, looks decent but not too impress. I dont think there is enough condense milk inside. I remembered the milo powder and condense milk back childhood in vietnam taste a bit different than this but i maybe wrong. This just taste like regular choco/cocoa powder mix drink with nothing special. Was excited but it’s a bit of let down.

We ordered chicken 🐔, French fries, and cheese sticks and got thai tea, strawberry, caramel coffee. Such a cute place to come and have some tea and a labubu.. kids liked it a lot..
