Going out to eat today, even though I gave it 4 stars, it was very sad. My family of 3 ordered 2 dishes and everything was ok. I had a mixed stir-fried noodle soup and while I was chewing it, I saw something chewy and pulled out a long plastic string from my mouth. I called the employee over to give it to me. I only looked at it but only received it. I was asked "what is that, what is that, let me ask the manager" I finished eating and waited to ask the manager but there...
I check out noodles at this place and it was good. They have the iconic noodles stand in the front for photos. They earn rewards in Seattle!

A plus is they open late until 2AM.

Definitely recommend this place, it's feels like vietnamese and Chinese fusion.. I ordered the roasted duck soup. It was delicious ?
