As a fan of BBH and BBC, I'm quite picky about where to eat. Thanks to a friend's introduction, I stopped by the restaurant for lunch and was very satisfied. The restaurant has delicious Bun Bo Hue dish. The soup is rich, the vermicelli bowl is full, vermicelli, meat and broth are not empty like other places, enough for a healthy eater to eat. There are a few other shops that sell slightly smaller bowls of vermicelli. I'm a healthy eater, but after eating it, I still feel hungry. and Banh Beo cup is very delicious. The fish sauce is just right, the banh beo flour is mixed properly, the banh beo is not too soft or chewy or has lumps of flour like other places. In general, I am very satisfied when I found a suitable restaurant. This restaurant will be on my list to eat and drink. And the restaurant space is spacious, there is a distance between the tables, too close so it feels private, if you sit and eat and chat, it is also comfortable. The shop has middle-aged waiters and people from the Central region, so they should be gentle and gentle. I don't feel rushed or rushed when ordering or paying. I see that the restaurant is too crowded, there are young people serving, they are cool, agile and full of energy so they do everything quickly, and Noisy customers, like me, are not suitable for eating at those restaurants, because the feeling is that we are fighting for food, not enjoying the food. So 10 points for this restaurant. The shop plays Vietnamese music without lyrics, so the atmosphere is light and fast, very much like the fragrant river and mountains. In general, browsing!
Only one suggestion is that Vietnamese restaurants should pay attention to updating the hours posted online. On Sundays, I read on Google and saw that they closed at 9:00, and at 8:15 I saw that the lights were turned off and it was dark... a bit annoyed because I had to drive. car. Then I drove past Bun Bo way and it was 8:30, they were also closed and were sweeping the house, it was so annoying.

This restaurant offers popular Huế and other Central Vietnam dishes like bánh bèo, bún bò (pictured), bánh khoái, mì Quảng. Providing Central Vietnamese restaurants are scarce, especially outside of Vietnam, this is a decent choice.

My mì quảng was expected to be really good but just so-so! Service is unknown until you ask different person. Waiters should get more training professionally in this type of business. But when I look at the dishes from my friends they all look goodHopefully they will improve next time when I have a chance to come again

My favorite dish is Banh Khoai. No Vietnamese restaurant has this dish. Every time I come here, I always order Banh Khoai or Mi Quang. I forgot to take the pics to post .. I was so eager to eat.. ❤️??

Bánh khoai was good but was lacking the slight sweetness the ones in Huế have. Very crispy, jam packed with sprouts and small mushrooms (plus pork and shrimp). Was pleasantly surprised to receive two of them in the order but given the price it makes sense. Made for a great meal.Place was spotless, decent decor, well organized, and the staff were also friendly. Will try to stop back in next time my travels bring me to town.

Sườn kho the cut is too thick and dried and hard(giai) hard to chew...and cá thu the taste is salty ???
