First I'd like to say I have never been to this location, and won't be returning. This location is poorly ran, has bad service and is unfriendly. I went to the drive through to use coupons. I'm on a fixed income so I try and treat myself every so often. The lady named Rubi didn't tell me they were separate transactions, which I know you're able to use it all in one transaction because i've done it before. Anyway, I handed her my money she grabbed it and didn't smile or anything. As she handed my order, she slammed the window on me. I tried to ask if my whole order was there and if I could get sauces but the window was closed. Very Very rude individual. People like her should be out of customer service. I had no conversation with her whatsoever for her to treat me so poorly. It was the most fraudulent and rude service I've ever gotten. The manager was gonna Doble charge me while I paid with cash first then card and then she wanted to charge the whole amount to the card even tho I gave her most of the total o. cash, so she was almost triple charging me. I mentioned it to her and she told me not to tell her how to do her job which she clearly doesn't know how to do and gave horrible horrendous and disrespectful service I wouldn't even call it customer service beacuse didn't even cared for the customer. After I mentioned to this vile woman that she's over charging me she has the audacity to not seve me at all cuz she's wrong and can't admit it and apologize and do the job right. No apparently her pride is more important that her ethical and moral compassion and doing her job. If I could give less than a star on everything I would this place is always empty and now I know why. Horrible service terrible food and rude employees. Do not go here 😒

Lady charged me for a large combo specifically when i asked for a medium combo with a large fries on the side. Then she didn’t end up giving me the medium fries just the large? Then i went back she charged me for that as well while completely ignoring what i was saying. The drink I didn’t even want large and had to pay more for that. Ridiculous.

First time ordering at this location from the app as i usually go to the one on Katella. I ordered and was charged for a MEDIUM combo. Was given a small drink and fries. I asked Sara why I was given the incorrect size, and she said that's what printed on the ticket. I showed her on the app that I had ordered a medium, and she pretty much said, "Oh, well." What kind of service charges you the bigger size just to give you a smaller one. It's more the lack of wanting to fix the issue than the actual wrong size issue but least to say, I learned my lesson and will stick to a restaurant (Katella and Western) that actually cares about taking care of their customers!!
This food was nicely prepared I don't have any photos because I'm a big back according to my nephew dint know what that means . Next time I'll take pictures
