First time ordering at this location from the app as i usually go to the one on Katella. I ordered and was charged for a MEDIUM combo. Was given a small drink and fries. I asked Sara why I was given the incorrect size, and she said that's what printed on the ticket. I showed her on the app that I had ordered a medium, and she pretty much said, "Oh,
well." What kind of service charges you the bigger size just to give you a smaller one. It's more the lack of wanting to fix the issue than the actual wrong size issue but least to say, I learned my lesson and will stick to a restaurant (Katella and Western) that actually cares about taking care of their customers!!

Manger was rude and unprofessional I have video footage of her refusing to give me a refund and my food. She intruded on me in the restroom when I was trying to use the restroom in an emergency and prodded to hold the door open so I could shut it. This type of managers don’t deserve to be here I will never eat at any jack in the box ever again

RUBI was our cashier for drive through and we had the worst customer service experience ever… first of all rude!! And every time we’d talk to her she’d ignore us!! I think she was a manager or something she needs to be fired or get a new job!!!!

This was by far the worst experience I've had at a Jack in the Box, especially after a long day. Martine, the employee who assisted me, charged me for an item I didn't order, showed no apology or understanding of his mistake, and even forgot an item in my order. The customer service was very poor. Jack in the Box, you need to do better at reminding your employees about customer satisfaction and the importance of providing a great customer experience.

Came here on Mother’s Day, brunch time.They messed up my order and I told the male manager that I’m missing sausage in my sandwich and he replaced my order. The biscuit was not cooked through all the way. Later that day, my mom and I got food poisoning. So disappointing.

They clearly have a flag hanging saying that they’re open 24 hours a day. Yet, they tell everyone that they’re closed.

Worst Jack in the box location. Don’t come here unless you want your order to be messed up EVERY time. Today I got a deluxe sourdough (breakfast) they forgot my bacon and the manager (guy) tried to say that it didn’t come with bacon on it. I get this sandwich all the time and I know for a fact it indeed comes with it. They had to look it up on their system and realized that I was correct. I think if you work somewhere you should know what comes on the food. The manager then proceeds to tell them to remake my order but he seemed annoyed. I then told them I didn’t mind getting the bacon on the side. The lady manager came up to me very rudely and started saying there isn’t a problem with my order when there clearly was. My problem was already getting fixed by the other manager. I was very nice to them the whole time but they were very rude to me.
