I come here after work on a weekly basis , because I love the food.
Unfortunately, I will no longer support this location, due to rude customer service, and lack of basic fast food skills.
The drive thru employee who works later in the night, who never has a smile on her face, and will never put the sauce you ask for in the bag, or napkins is really something else.
There will be zero cars in the drive thru line, and the employee will take the order incorrectly, then get mad at you for “correcting” their mistake.
This is a reoccurring habit, and is unfortunate to see this employee be miserable in life.
The Del Taco down the road from here is much better!

Only get offered one ranch with my order is BS and then try to charge me $.25 per extra sauce is ridiculous. I’d rather take myself elsewhere where they do not charge me for sauce.

I go to this branch twice a week with my daughter and we order two meals and they always ask us what we like with the order, ranch or ketchup, but today I went and ordered two sandwiches and asked the lady who works there to put ranch sauce with my order. She said I have to pay for the sauce. I told her I always order and get free sauce with my order. She spoke to me in a very rude way and when I told her I was here yesterday and got free sauce she said to me okay I will check the cameras and I left disappointed and really I will not go to this branch again.

By far this Jack in the Box is one of my very favorite locations! The food is always yummy and the service is exceptional. Shout out and a big thank you to Trinity, Natalie and Rafael! They were lovely. Natalie was having her break and invited me to sit with her! So sweet! I really enjoyed talking with her. And Natalie even brought me my order to the table for me, which I very much appreciate, as I am handicapped. Nevertheless, most places would not do that even if you are handicapped! I will definitely come back. The atmosphere of this Jack in the Box is wonderful and the crew keeps it nice and clean btw! Five-stars all the way guys! ☆☆☆☆☆
