Unfortunately there's a common theme populating from the reviews here. Here on a Friday at 1:15pm with only 1 worker, who I can only assume has done this more than a handful of times based on how fast moving she is. But the fact is if it takes over 30 minutes for a smoothie is not worth the wait and I can't imagine the location staying open much longer. Owner of this franchise should probably throw the towel in.

Saturday, September 23/23. Ordered a large razzmatazz, but the cup only held 3/4 of a cup when I got it. The girl took my order, checked the instructions on the wall, poured it back into the blender, just added another scoop of banana to mix with the existing cup, but the huge cup was still not filled, and tasted like banana smoothie, is that how they fill up the cup?

I'm here on a Saturday, it's ridiculous how they only have 1 person working and there are like 10 people waiting. I placed my order online so that I didn't have to wait. And well I'm still waiting for my order. Would like to bring this to the attention of the owner/manager of this location. At least have 2 people working the location, I saw how a customer walked in for his mobile order and I told him I was also waiting for a mobile order and how long I was waiting, he seemed bothered and asked for his order to get canceled. I also saw how two others customers left.

They never open on time. It's 0825 right now and I'm calling just letting the phone ring. 9? 10? Today? Whoever owns this franchise should bow out by and let someone who actually cares takeover this space. Update, 0830 still no response. Told my spouse to just come home. Horrible franchise. I'm done, this is not just a one time situation. This is everyday of every week. So sad, it's so convenient and right next to Starbucks and Einstein Bagels. They open on time why can't Jamba be just as professional. And fine, you can't hire anyone to show up on time post later opening hours. Don't make us sit for a half hour in the parking lot because your posted hours say you open at 8!!!

I love everything on the menu but the employees r very rude. I had a small free birthday smoothie for free on my app they wouldn't let me use it cuz my birthday had passed a say but it saids it expires end of this month and no where it saids I have to use it on the day of my birthday. That is very bad customer service. So I had to pay out of my pocket for the drink.

SO UNDERSTAFFED! I waited 25 minutes to order and there were only 2 people in front of me with small orders! The poor girl working was all alone and doing peoples orders one at a time. Either have shorter operating hours or schedule 2 people to work at a time... it's not rocket science.

Been trying to call them for hours now to hopefully get a refund. I work at Lazy Dog and thought I'd bring my husband home a smoothie after work today. I buy it bring it home no big deal right?? WRONG ‍ it was beyond rotten/spoiled! The smell was like wine. Straight up fermented. We both took one drink and spit it out because the immediate rotten taste. We get the same smoothie every time and this has NEVER happened. I fear for others that may not know the difference. We both could've gotten extremely sick. I love your workers but wtf is this man??

Making this review as I wait 10 mins for one smoothie. When they have 1 person, ordering takes forever same as with them having 2 people. The place is understaffed yet when there's 2 people, and it's not busy, they take their sweet time. Theyre supposed to take 3 mins to make a drink (I get they're understaffed but they need to do a lot better. I only come here cause it's my closest location. Better service at other locations. Plus idk how it cost $3 more for the same item I got here vs elsewhere... the guy today was hauling his butt , but others are so slow.

I didn't get everything I ordered online and they only put a not and not replace it with something else but they just charge you !
