JAWS Topokki Westminster

I ordered via Uber Eats and I think my family and I devoured the Bulgogi, Tuna and Pork Cutlet gimbap in less than 10 min it was so good. The cucumbers sliced thin gives it a super nice crunch. Definitely worth a try! Mustard mayo makes it even better!

New location in HBJaws Tteokbokki is so worth to try even if you’ve been to other locations. I had Friends set, good for 3-4people. Had mild spicy original tteokbokki and it never fails. That spicy-sweet kick and the fried dumplings and veggie mix were perfectly crispy, the absolute star of the show was the fishcake soup. It was easily the best I’ve ever had; the broth was incredibly deep and savory, reminded me of street udon you can get from korea. And I didn't have to deal with any wait time, which is always a win.

Gimbap is already healthy, but keto gimbap is even healthier!! This was surprisingly good. Clean, fresh, and tasty. Lots of veggies with a crunchy piece of shrimp in the middle. Good for lunch on the go :)

Jaws is in the HMart food hall. I ordered the spicy pork gimbap for ~$10 as I was short on time. Took just over five minutes to be ready. First bite I could taste and smell the smokiness of the meat, which was divine. The gimbap wasn't too spicy but did leave a little heat after each bite. Looking forward to returning and trying the lunch box plate, which is available at anytime. Topokki is also on their menu - for another time as well.
