Mannnn this place is just 🔥🔥🔥🔥all around! Before I ever tried the food, I had the best customer service experience with Katie! She was so sweet and accommodating over the phone and she even double checked to make sure I had the right directions on how to get there. Her thoroughness was very much appreciated! I had some questions so she made time to answer all of them and had some treats waiting for me in the cutest little goodie bag ever! I really loved all the attention...
This is my second year placing a catered order at Kim Huong. I ordered their banh bột lọc, bánh bèo, banh ít trân, nem nướng, mì xào, lotus salad, and pate chaud. My guests were amazed by how fresh and delicious everything was and asked where I ordered the food. Katie took my order and was very sweet, patient, and professional on the phone.
