We had high hopes for a delightful dim sum experience but were met with disappointment, primarily due to the apparent lack of attention to the preparation and presentation of the dishes. Our visit on a quiet Thursday morning prompted some initial concern due to the lack of patrons, which led us to cautiously select a few staple items to gauge the quality of the cuisine. Unfortunately, our concerns were validated when the dishes arrived at our table cold, notably diminishing our dining experience. Additionally, one of the items, a deep-fried Chinese hot pocket, was distinctly sour, suggesting a lapse in food freshness or preparation standards.Compounding our culinary disappointment was the interaction with the service staff. Their demeanor took a turn for the worse following our modest order, as they expressed dissatisfaction with the quantity of food we had chosen. When we shared our feedback in hopes of constructive communication, their response was dismissively rude, further souring our overall experience. It's disheartening when the passion and pride in one's culinary creations and service are not evident. A commitment to excellence in these areas can significantly enhance the dining experience, leaving guests with lasting positive impressions. We hope our feedback serves as a catalyst for improvement, encouraging a renewed focus on both the quality of the food and the customer service experience.

They renovated the place so it looks a lot nicer. Siu mai was bland and mushy, not al dente. Shrimp dumpling was bland and paste-like. Kung pao was good. Walnut nut shrimp tasted okay, but the shrimp were way over done. Fried Taro with shrimp was dry and bland.

Food was ok but my biggest complaint is everything was cold. Seems like they had food left over from the day

The food at the restaurant is quite diverse, with many types of seafood, fried, and steamed, quite diverse and rich. People can order or pick up their own food when the ladies push the food cart, just like a buffet. The restaurant is very spacious, the staff is enthusiastic.

One of my favorite restaurants. I always enjoy their hot & sour soup (sometimes I have to add a little vinegar to suit my taste), shrimp fried rice, and won ton soup, clam with black bean sauce, veggie greens...Their recent remodeling did wonders for the atmosphere.

We came in at 9:30 am. Felt like they gave us food from the day before. The shrimp dumplings was chewy, the sticky rice tasted very fishy, the tato ball ssmelled like they went bad. We returned it. Unbelievable.
