We came to try it yesterday and it was closed. Metal gates down and everything. Is it closed for good? There wasn't a note or anything. We came again today and they are closed again and phone number doesn't go through.

We were there on a Thursday afternoon and we were the only one there. One thing we notice right away was there is a giant fan in the corner, they don't have AC The decor is cute and the service was excellent. Our server was very sweet and nice. They have happy hour where you buy 2 entrees and get 1 free appetizer. Their appetizer however only have 3 items listed. Limited menu but the food is good. It is not the best but it is not below average either. Their bí² né (sizzling steak) is a little sweet for my taste, but overall everything else is good. Will come back if I'm in the area but it not the restaurant where I would go out of my way for it.

We had an amazing time here and left super happy because our food was delicious. The severs are so friendly and intuitive. They are kinds to our kids and brought us kid friendly silverware and bowls without us even asking. The food was like a 4.5 stars. We had the KUTI fried rice and it was delicious, the Vietnamese sausages was cut to a nice size so we can taste its savory flavor, there were also calami bits in there with medium size shrimps. The sausage wrapped in betel leaves was 5 stars, excellently done. It was juicy and well seasoned, we were tempted to order a second one. The salmon rolls were 4.5 stars, the dipping sauce was perfection, just wished the salmon was crunchier? Lastly the Vietnamese turmeric fish with dill is 4.3 stars, I wanted it to be crunchier and more turmeric, but I honestly would still order it again the next time we come. We ended our meals with complimentary sweet soups. We came in empty and left super happy. I would recommend this place to my friends and family, and I totally did already. They said they would come to this place because of how excited i got when I talked about the food here.

My wife has been to Ku Ti 3 times for lunch. She feels confident bringing coworkers there thanks to the cleanliness, great and timely service, as well as good foods. When I accompanied my wife there last week, we ordered bun Cha ca Thang Long, mi xao don, and pho xao. All 3 dishes were delicious, tasty. What stood out was the service, staff was friendly and very polite. Water was served right away, with a free dish of peanuts. They packed our unfinished dishes and even gave extra bún noodles!! And there was no extra 50 cents charge for each water!!! We already recommended Ku Ti to our friends and families, and we look forward to eating there again soon. We sincerely hope Ku Ti's owners treat their excellent staff fairly to avoid turnovers.

Bomb traditional Vietnamese with a bit of fusion. This place being me back to Saigon with obviously a western feel. The food is great. I'll be back for sure.

Though only two girls serving the whole restaurant filled with customers, they were polite and not grumpy at all. We ended up cancelling one order because others in our group almost done eating and that order still nowhere near coming. We had to order more BUN because the bun portion for every dish is just way too little. But I still give a 4 star because couple young servers running around getting everyone's little requests but were still nice to everyone. Food decent to good. We had bun chao tom and cha ca Thang Long. Will come back to try other dishes. Prices reasonable.

Delicious food. Friendly Staff. My favorite dishes are the meatballs+egg+pate+baguette, the seafood hotpot (very tasty lemon grass flavor), and the brown sugar milk tea. All very good food, very happening location for a meal.

Super salty sauce for the bo ne. Wasn't a big fan of the serving sizes and nothing really stood out. Wouldn't come back but that's just me.

Ordered here on a slow Wednesday evening through Uber eats. Got a stir fried (thick) noodles with beef, bell peppers, and onions, along with a Pandan milk drink to satisfy my sweet tooth. The noodles were bold and flavorful, and the beef was tender and tasty. All that was missing was some hot sauce and chili oil, but I'll leave that for when I'm actually in the restaurant. The Pandan milk for $6 with boba was delicious, albeit very very sweet. The flavor was good and on point and reminded me of my days back in Singapore. Overall, a great experience, fulfilled promptly by Uber eats and their partners. The food was served piping hot and the drinks were ice cold and packaged beautifully. Would definitely return to dine in and explore the rest of their menu soon!

New place in town. A must try !!! Food was amazing. They have Happy Hour from 4-6pm where you buy 2 entrees you get 1 appetizer for free. This will definitely my new place to go to for traditional Vietnamese food.

Saw this restaurant had opened nearby and wanted to check it out. I was kinda of confused with the restaurant itself since it was casual and seemed pretty laid back. The front register there is machine to buy lotto but you can also sit down and order a meal. Had the shaken beef and salt and pepper squid with spring rolls and egg rolls. Food and service was good. The staff look young and eager. A good variety of vietnamese dishes. Will have to return.

I will give 4 stars for service, 3.5 stars for their food but 2.5 stars for their environment. I was excited to give this restaurant a try, meet a new friend here for lunch. Their food taste is better than the normal Vietnamese restaurant with that price. But their background music is super loud, people have to raise their voice to hear each other, it makes big noise inside.

Giving this place a 4-star for service, cleanliness, and food presentation. However, the taste is more like a 3-star. The chef was heavy-handed on the salt for some dishes, and the flavor is a little off the mark. For example, I ordered the oc len xao dua (coconut snails), and the coconut sauce was pure white with lots of lemongrass and it was quite salty. Usually the sauce is greyish from being cooked with the snails, and errs on the sweet side. Their garlic noodle is actually quite bland compared to, say, Vox Kitchen's. I also ordered the razor clams in tamarind sauce. Again the tamarind flavor is not as sweet and sour as it should be. What's good about this place is they give you a free appetizer for every 2 main dishes. They also have wi-fi which I can use for my iPad to help calm my toddler down. I might come back but maybe for a long while.
