Phá lấy is the best in OC. I can tell the broth tastes closest to the broth I used to have in Saigon. However, the sauce was not right. It lacked of ground pepper, fresh chili, salt, sugar, and a hint of green lime. Súp cua was quite okay. I think they used fresh quail eggs cause I did not taste the flavor of canned eggs in the soup. I do not recommend mint milk since it tasted like Colgate green toothpaste. Good customer service and clean restroom. Will be back for more phá...
Pretty good place for being recently open. The service and food was good. My 2yo son and I enjoyed the soup cua with quail eggs and the chicken garlic noodles yum! The best thing is they had a dessert buffet ♥ï¸
