I had to change my Review from 3 stars in June -2021 to 2 Stars today.
I went in there and it's not the only time I've been ignored by a worker, but the homie was on his phone giggling the entire time. I waited for 5 minutes (counted the time) and decided to walk out.
The last few times the price of the food and the service combined made it a bad decision. Even the Lee's Sandwiches' in Little Saigon have gone to hell. I don't know if there's not enough money or training but the turn-over is ridiculous and they seem to only hire latinos, which isn't a problem, but most of them don't know how to make a Banh-Mi correctly or over-milk the hell out of coffee to the point where it's just coffee-flavored-sugar milk. I've ordered Americanos (no milk) to avoid the issue and yet receive them with milk.
I can no longer recommend them as a location that is worthwhile visiting. I will try again in 6 months when I'm craving a pork bbq on a French Role, but there's some spots around that taste way better and offer better prices.
$9.50 doesn't make sense when I can get something better for $6.75 a block down the street at THH Sandwiches. Their coffee is also better and they offer other Vietnamese food as well.
Lee's: $9.50 for a sandwich, $7.00 for a coffee.
THH: $6.75 for a sandwich and $4.50 for a coffee.
And better service too even if you don't understand a word of Vietnamese. Just point and smile. :)

yesterday on my way back from the golden west swapmeet, I went to get a Taro smoothie, while there I also ordered a sandwich, I was so disappointed with the Taro Smoothie, the Asian Lady didn't put enough Taro powder on my drink, it was just ice flavor
the sandwich was ok...
everything is expensive in this place than other Lee's sandwiches..
I paid $8.×× for a flavorless Taro drink
I am NOT coming back ever to this location

Too hot no air conditioning.
This is the second day I come at about the same time 2:19pm Friday and Saturday and it's closed
Nice place. But the owner needs more employee work in the morning. Just bought a sandwich. It took more than 25 minute. The price is so high. It’s over price. Sooner this location will be close if the owner is greedy for hungry money.
For some reason, this location costs a lot more. We paid $5 dollars more for our food in this specific location compared to others. Also, they got one of pur orders wrong. We didn't want to tell them because we felt bad that there were only 2 workers there. Don't go to this location because of the higher price.

Went at 445 and was turned away because they were closed. Hours are listed 7am-5pm. Super bummed.
$7 for a cup of coffee. Plain, black, and hot. $7. The other Lee’s a few miles down the road will sell you the same cup of coffee for $1. What’s going on here???
We used to ditch school just to go to this place when it wasn't crowded. Back then, when we were in secondary school, the sandwiches were $1.25It's open 24-7.It was just awesome. I loved it. Lately, their stuff has been lacking in quality, the company has blown up into a corporate monster.

Food was good. After finishing my #6 sandwich I asked the cashier for the key to the restroom to wash my hands and he said “it’s not public” and I replied “I just bought something what do you mean public ?“ then he said that the manager told him not to let anyone use the restroom my question is why just because your lazy and don’t want to clean it ? I get it if this was another area with a lot of homeless around but I didn’t see not 1

I've been coming here on and off. Food and service is ok, nothing to complain about. What's disappointing is that they will not open the restrooms and say it's broken, which is obviously a lie.

I told the Hispanic clerk three times please put the onions INSIDE the sandwich. She kept repeating it already comes inside. When I got the sandwich the onions were inside the box, not inside the sandwich and I had to get my fingers smelling like onions and put it inside the sandwich myself. I noticed a trend with most of these places NOT making the smallest of efforts for something as easy and elementary as putting the onions physically inside the sandwich

Went an hour before closing time just for it to be closed, hours say it closes at 7pm but the lights were out by 6:20 and the staff were sitting in the dark behind the counter, I don’t even know what to make of that. At least change the hours on Google.
