This has got to be the worst Lees Sandwich. I live nearby and this place has gone downhill over the years. First off the hours on Yelp aren't even correct. I got there at closing one day for a coffee and the girl said no they are closed. The next week I got there at 445 and they decided they were done for the day. They need new employees.

We used to ditch school just to go to this place when it wasn't crowded. Back then, when we were in secondary school, the sandwiches were $1.25It's open 24-7.It was just awesome. I loved it. Lately, their stuff has been lacking in quality, the company has blown up into a corporate monster.

Food was good. After finishing my #6 sandwich I asked the cashier for the key to the restroom to wash my hands and he said “it’s not public” and I replied “I just bought something what do you mean public ?“ then he said that the manager told him not to let anyone use the restroom my question is why just because your lazy and don’t want to clean it ? I get it if this was another area with a lot of homeless around but I didn’t see not 1

I've always been to Lee Sandwich on Westminster/Brookhurst and Harbor/Garden Grove, I like those 2 locations. First time I'm into this location Westminster/Golden West. This place is so run down. No customers inside when Im here. I wanted to buy ice coffee which always costs me around $4.75 at other locations, but this location wants to charge me $6.75 for an ice coffee? Excuse me!!! That's robbing!!! So I decide not to get an ice coffee here, but 4 plain baguettes. I then asked for my little girl to use their restroom, the guy said the restroom is for "employees " only, not customers!!!???? Excuse me!!! I understand if the restroom is located inside the kitchen, but the restroom is inside the restaurant right behind tables for customers to sit down but it is not for customers to use. Totally GHETTO place!!. Very disappointed. If you want Lee Sandwich, just drive another 10 mins to go to the one on Westminster/Brookhurst. This one is just a disappointment. And the food looks stale.

Very nice and friendly staff. Stars are for them. Lack of stars are for questionable food quality. I originally bought the deli manjoo pastry in the display case. Upon being handed my sandwich and the pastries noticed the deli manjoo had mold all over. Brought it to the attention of staff and ended up choosing to get macarons also from the display instead (dumb decision on my part). Upon sitting in my car I noticed mold on the macarons as well. Returned all the food and requested for a full refund for everything as now I'm noticing there's an issue with food quality. Not sure how old food in the display case is and there's a lack of inspection. Will not be a patron here ever again. Check your food before you leave the store so you don't get sick eating now off to find a diff meal for my lunch

Horrible customer service. Not racist or anything but that Hispanic lady behind the counter doesn't great the customers coming in. And I believe that greeting customers upon their arrival, is the first step into building rapport with customers to make them feel welcomed. This lady didn't say anything and continued moving the trays of croissants or whatever she was doing. I asked her about the price of the iced coffee being $6.75 and she was very short and said "yeah"... for one, I understand everything is going up in price but daaaaaamn $6.75 for an iced coffee? I'll pass. And their prices here are outrageously over priced. Assuming it's franchised? It's dark af inside and yeah, not coming back here. Oh and they had an inconvenience sign saying "card only or exact change"

Got the ham & cheese sandwich on baguette. It was good but experience was complicated. The ceiling above needs to be fixed asap as got few holes. Lights can be replaced but just functional.
I told the Hispanic clerk three times please put the onions INSIDE the sandwich. She kept repeating it already comes inside. When I got the sandwich the onions were inside the box, not inside the sandwich and I had to get my fingers smelling like onions and put it inside the sandwich myself. I noticed a trend with most of these places NOT making the smallest of efforts for something as easy and elementary as putting the onions physically inside the sandwich

I came in just before 5:00 pm on a Friday. You think it would be prime time for service. Two people were behind the counter. one was making sandwiches. The other was busy with a drink refrigerator. Neither could be bothered with a customer. I stood there for several minutes. Not a word or any kind of acknowledgement of my presence. I just left. I'm going to start calling these businesses out. I'm tired of bad food. Prices of sit down restaurants and total lack of service. I won't be back. I give this place no stars

Went an hour before closing time just for it to be closed, hours say it closes at 7pm but the lights were out by 6:20 and the staff were sitting in the dark behind the counter, I don’t even know what to make of that. At least change the hours on Google.

I arrived at 6:00pm, an hour before closing, only to see the lights were completely shut off, and workers were standing behind the counter in the dark.. we opened the door just to be told it's closed. It wasn't a holiday or anything and the store wasn't closed based on all the hours, so I have no idea what to make of it. The food is pretty good, but it would be nice to actually be able to order it
