How can you sell coffee and not have a bathroom?

Super bummed that my experience at the Garden Grove locatiom was not good. Went to order a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich x2. Along with a bunch of other items. They gave us breakfast sandwiches that did not match the photo of the sausage link croissant number 90 sandwich. I asked if they would replace the 2 sandwiches. They said yes. Waited and waited. Went back to ask if the sandwiches were done and they started arguing that they had given us sausage sandwiches. Then I asked why they said they would replace them if they were not going to, and they said very rude about it. I will drop a photo of the sandwich photo below. It didn't make sense why they were so angry and rude about it, especially because what they gave was not sausage. I used to recommend them to families staying at Great Wolf Lodge but do NOT recommend them anymore.

Always good, they have raised their prices to high. I only go once in a while now.

Good food, fast service, very nice and helpful employees!

I always place my order through the app and come pick them up and go on my way. I often order Europeans sandwiches #31 croissant ham bacon and cheese. I am happy that I can still find large size good coffee for less than $6. It's good and convenient for me. Especially placing order through the app, I get to accumulate points and use it for free coffee on a rainy day. I used to work as a cashier at this location when I first cam to the US 21 years ago. It was my first job ever in the new country. I am grateful and will always come back.

Great sandwiches but little pricey from $8 to $13 plus I can make it at home for $4 or less. Thanks

Bathroom sticks guys,, they need to poor water in drains on floors so not to get smell

Still a good choice when you want to enjoy Vietnamese-style banh mi, banh mi xa xiu and delicious iced milk coffee, the price is also good.

I really don't like to throw shade at businesses or anyone trying to make an honest dollar, but I was appalled at the lack of food they provide.

I've been to so many Lee's all over California and have never been served something of this quality. There was barely any meat. The skimping like simping, needs to stop.

This was in Little Saigon of all places in Orange County!

The girl who was working there was nice, though.

July 23,2024 at 12:15- I asked for a medium size iced coffee - easy ice
They charged me $ 4.39 , gave a cup with 2/3 ice and 1/3 empty. I‘m attaching the picture here .
I told them this is not right but they refused to change the cup or even pour more coffee.
Hope, you take extra money you charge by being so stingy to HELl! ?

Baguettes are almost as thin as hot dogs buns ? and they always take long to prepare sandwiches and drinks, even though if it's not a busy day.

Of course, Lee's coffee is great. However, the iced coffee was mostly ice. Three sips and its mostly gone. The crazy guy yelling at customers in the parking lot doesn't add curb appeal. The employees acted like a raving maniac is normal. Guess what, in other states and cities, it is not.
