Business is not reputable, everyone says they don't respect customers because they think Lien Hoa is the only one selling roasted meat in the Bolsa area so they don't need customers. Now I know why the rating is only 3.6, I really agree with the ratings, because their way of working is unorganized and contemptuous of customers.

Wonderful staff despite language and culture barriers and the parking lot was empty when I got there so I have to laugh at all the whiny reviews below mine. And the duck... OMG... the duck! Pretty much want to buy allll the ducks! Tried a tiny quail too!
Do not come to this place. The woman is very rude to customers. The food may be good but the service is very bad. You guys can enjoy better food at better place.

staff are completely rude and would never recommend this location to anyone. i called days before to confirm if they provided the service of cooking a turkey as i have seen this on a social media account. they confirmed that they did provide the requested service. i came to drop off my turkey and no greeting. basically, made me seem like im crazy for asking for the service. never been treated like that before, and would never step foot in that place again.

Hey Lien Hoa! I want to continue to support you but this is not right! I stopped by your place today to get roasted pork belly and was told to wait for 15 minutes for the new meat. I waited and bought two pounds of pork belly bone in. I drove an hour home to find out none of the pieces is pork belly. Sorry I paid for it and trusted that your business is based on honesty. HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT!!!! Yup..you just lost 1 and many more from me, my friends and family business.

This is a go to place when craving for roasted duck, peking duck or salted chicken and crispy pork shoulder or belly. The location is on Bolsa and Magnolia, the same parking space of Pho Lovers. This location is always busy and they accept cash only. There is an atm machine inside the store so if you forgot to bring, no big deal.The food is good and the staff are very friendly. I have been going here for 13 years. Definitely recommend this location?

The old Chinese bbq deli places used to be reluctant to let you order just the rib belly portion. Well no more! This deli's menu is set up so you can order exactly that coveted part of the roast pig. The pork skin here is crispy like a hefty kettle chip, not hard to eat. The pork is well seasoned and has a tender texture and is well lubricated with porky goodness. What an improvement from the olden days. The roast duck was chopped into huge pieces but otherwise tasty and juicy. And the staff are happy to speak English with you to boot even when all take-out business is brisk. Will be back!
I know I made a big mistake when I walked into this place and didn't see the sign that says "Cash only", there was only one sign on a post, no sign on the display glass or anywhere outside like in the pictures on Yelp or I may have missed it. I ordered half a duck and it was $14 then I saw the sign "Cash only", so I asked them where I can find an ATM cause I didn't have enough cash, they seemed mad and pointed to somewhere with no clear direction and complained with 2 other staff. I apologize and told them I didn't see the sign and I had no time to go to an Atm if they can't tell me clearly, I really had to go to an appointment so I asked them can I buy half of it and pay $8. They said NO, OK then I could not do anything but walked out, they were mad and said they already cut the duck, who will buy it? I told them I was so sorry but they were still complaining in Vietnamese and harassed me in English that we don't need your money and don't come back again. I didn't ask them for free food but they treated me poorly. I am sorry to say that they were the rudest people I've ever seen and I am normally a very patient and easygoing person especially when I am a customer.It was the worst experience I've ever had. First of all, we all know why many places take cash only, secondly, these people think they can do business in whatever way they want because they still have customers but I'll never go back and I'll tell everybody I know that DO NOT go to this place, I know they don't care but at least treat yourself with something better, this isn't the only BBQ place in Westminster. The salt steamed chicken here is really good. It's the only thing we have gotten from here. The salt steamed chicken here seems to be more flavorful than at the other lien HOA bbq place, so we make sure we get it from here. This seemed to be a takeout only place. Atmosphere is fairly typical of the Asian bbq places I have been at.

I only come here for the Thit Quay (Crispy Pork), and it's pretty good. The service was quick, attentive, and to the chase. There are 4 different cuts of quality for the crispy pork, each with varying prices that go by the pound. Overall, it's definitely worth coming if you're craving crispy pork or roasted duck! The ambiance is like any asian deli with no seating inside.

Lien Hoa BBQ deli is one of the best Chinese bbq period. Been going here since I was little and still is my go to spot for roasted duck, roasted pig, whole chicken in soy sauce, and chicken feet. The roasted duck, the skin is perfectly roasted and has a beautiful color. You can have your roasted duck whole or chopped, most people and myself prefer it chopped. Once they chopped up the roasted duck, they put in a metal tray and pour a scoop of delicious duck sauce all over the roasted duck. I recommend eating the roasted duck with a loaf of bread. My all time favorite item and might the greatest food ever, is the Roasted pork belly. There are 4 types of pork you can order, 1. ham- which is more lean part of the pork. 2. shoulder- semi fatty and boneless3. rib belly- semi fatty with bone in4. Boneless pork belly- A must order The 4 boneless pork belly runs out pretty quick so if you do get lucky and they have some, make sure to order it! The pork skin is perfectly crunchy. If it does run out, the 2 shoulder boneless is still good and event he rib belly. I normally eat the Roasted Pork belly with the banh hoi they sale on the counter.
