I normally go to this place for Bun Bo. The food is okay. I got a tray of food to go and asked the waitress for a single lid to pack some hot sauce. It's a small plastic container they leave on the table without a lid. The waitress handed me a lid. As I was filing some hot sauce an older lady (must be the owner) said I can't be doing that. I told the older lady, I did ask for a lid for the waitress. But she kept saying I can't do that. Here is my grip. If you come to me and say okay I'll let it go this time but you can not do this in the future. Then I am okay with this. Also tell your employees if customer ask for lid to take some hot sauce, they can politely tell customer it's for dine in only. Then I am okay with this. The experience and my feeling was hurtful and upsetting. I never comment on Yelp. This is the 1st because I upset with how the owner conducted business. Over a some hot sauce? This is the last time I'll go to this place. Upsetting not because of the employee but how business is conducted? You can have the best food but customer experience is very important. Which is why I am giving this place a 1 star. If there is a negative star I would give it a - 10 stars.

They always sold me spoiled foods…I ordered and brought home the food always stale…the service was very rude, staffs doesn’t care if the customers were there or not…if u buy or not…interact with u very rude…they worked with angry and careless attitude, seem like the foods not clean much…Dont buy here…foods over all sucks…tasteless…bland.. Great pho. you get a very good deal and authentic pho. You may have to point and order if you don’t speak Vietnamese. That shouldn’t stop you as the good is fantastic.

I’ve been here 3 times the past month to try various dishes. Their food is average, BBH has no aroma. I sat down and they didn’t even give me water half way thru my meal, I had to walk up and ask for it and she acted like i inconvenient her. If you don’t come with cash and use your cards/Apple Pay, they charge 8.75% card service fee of your total. That’s one of the highest I’ve seen. The lady rudely asked me why I don’t carry cash, and asked me if I like to pay tax, I asked is her business hiding from paying taxes. When I returned to my table, another lady came by and took the dishes and spray cleaning spray while I’m still at the table and my left over and munchies still on the table. They have amble unoccupied tables and I’m one of 2 seated customers. The place is empty.

Bad service. Food is alright. They never give you receipt for you to see the charges but instead just tell you to pay. And when we asked for refills the ice tea they asked you to get the cup up to the register to ask for it. No one even. One to the table at all. So rude.

The place doesn’t looks too bad, the tables are clean, the floors are clean but… the tray where they bring you the food on it was very dirty and didn’t look recently cleaned at all. The bun Bo hue soup wasn’t bad at all it was of very good taste, I got a tray of shrimp spring rolls abut they’re lacking of good flavor. They do accept debit card however it’s very hard to communicate with them as their English is limited ( a customer tried to translate) at the end I asked them if they sold shrimp fried rice and they said no, when in reality they do sell shrimp fried rice trays.

I placed a pickup order over the phone for 20 nem nuong cuon the day of a friendsmas party a few hours before I needed them by. When I went to pick up my order, I was able to pay with credit card (physical Apple card accepted). The fresh spring rolls were packaged with significant care, wrapped in layers of plastic wrap and securely placed in an aluminum tray. They were quite fresh and delicious, and everyone at the party liked them.While I was waiting for the lady to package the accompanying sauce, I checked out the other to-go foods they had sitting on a table in the back, as well as the freezers on either side of the restaurant. They have Vietnamese egg rolls for days, along with a bunch of other ingredients and prepared dishes. This place literally has everything, and I look forward to ordering again from this place or dining in!
