One of the worst restaurants I've been to in recent times, the chicken is oily with no flavor, the music is just boring wedding music that nearly put me to sleep, and despite only having two tables the wait time was ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and just skip this place. I've had microwaved Vietnamese food better than this

Popped up and hard at work making it happen. Conveniently located on the corner store at the corner of Magnolia and Bolsa . I had the must have rib noodles . Tasty . Ice coffee was indeed strong as Vietnamese ice coffee can be .

Got take out from this restaurant and food was so goooooood !This is definitely the place to go if you want delicious Vietnamese food that tastes like it was cooked at traditional Vietnamese home/restaurant! Ordered the rice and chicken plate. Can’t wait to go back again, when I’m in town.

Got food poisoning from their Hainese chicken 30mins after eating their food. Foodies beware.

Chicken Hai nam 4/5 The sauce (a little extra would be nice ) everything was pretty decent One thing I don't like is the do Chua (pickled veggies) it's similar to the ones you use for baguette Fried chicken 2/5 Chicken was good Rice was kinda hard and doesn't really compliment the dish Not a fan of their black sauce, tastes like soy sauce with some spices Customer service 5/5 Easy to call, order and pick up Overall probably wouldn't come back

We ended up finding this place by chance and we are so glad we did! Everything was amazing and tasted very fresh too. We had the combo for 2 people and it was more than enough. (Check out the picture: fish came after we took this pic) Shrimp soup Bok choy Steamed rice Fish dish It is a family owned and operated business so I'm glad to show our support. Extremely friendly service so yea I highly recommend it.

If you are reading this review, consider yourself lucky to have found this gem of a restaurant. My husband and I came here 2 days after our wedding in hopes of a replenishing and comforting meal after a crazy weekend. We were greeted by Jack who was the most attentive and personable host. He knew the menu well and recommended the best dishes. We had the most excellent experience here and will definitely be returning as many times as possible before this beloved little pop-up kitchen moves on to bigger and better things. The Hainanese chicken is flavorful and accompanied by the freshest fish and ginger sauce. The rice in this dish is the best rice I have ever had. I appreciate how the cook considered the texture of this dish and added plenty of fried shallots to enhance each bite. The Hainanese chicken was so fabulous that I ended up ordering another one togo so that I could eat it again the next day for lunch. The Baby Back Ribs and Shitake mushroom noodle soup is a dish you absolutely cannot skip. The broth is rich but not salty, and the noodles were cooked to perfection. The rib meat was so tender that it fell right off the bone and melted in our mouths. This dish was bursting with umami from the shitake mushrooms but balanced with the freshness from the veggies. DO NOT sleep on the drink menu! The Vietnamese coffee was rich and strong like Vietnamese coffee should be. The peach tea had the perfect balance of sweetness and there were actual peaches in it! Thank you Be's Popup Kitchen for such a lovely dining experience, and we cannot wait to be back!

The food and service here are AMAZING! I really enjoyed the chicken salad (not pictured) and the portions were SO big! I definitely recommend coming here. The strawberry smoothie was really refreshing, and not overly sweet as well :) 10/10!

Best Pork Rib Noodle, Best Bun Rieu. THE BEST BUN RIEU IN TOWN: the noodle is tender and flavorful, bun rieu paste is soft without loosing its typical flavour. Recommend this to fans of Bun Rieu

I stumbled upon this place on a random Wednesday. Since then, I have been back several times and like to consider myself a regular. I have gotten to know the staff, including the mastermind and chef behind the delicious food - Be. Not only is she an awesome chef, but she is also very personable, often times coming out of the kitchen to check on customers herself. Not many places are you able to get the know the individual behind the food. I highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed!

I've only been to this pop-up restaurant one time and the experience was great! The entire time I was there, the staff was always smiling and polite, which made the experience that much better. The food was really good - I've tried a few different dishes and they've all been great. Overall, I would definitely recommend Be's Pop-Up Kitchen if you're looking for a great meal and great customer service. #1 choice: I love the Deep Fried Crispy Chicken from this restaurant! It is always fresh and crispy and goes great with fried rice. The sauce is also very tasty. I would highly recommend this dish to anyone looking for a great fried chicken meal.

We had an excellent experience at Be's. The service was superb. Jack and Jenn were very attentive and accommodating. The food was delicious! We had the BBH and Babyback rib/mushroom noodles, we ate everything. We came back later that day for their chicken and rice dish. We will be adding this restaurant to our rotation.

Service. Service and service. This place has over 5* for the customer service. Good place for our lunch. They have many delicious dishes on the menu that you must try. I hope that they can extend their closing time in the future.

My husband and I love this restaurant so much that we came back. The food is fresh and delicious. Service is exceptional. The guy in the front is very hard working and tries hard to anticipate what we need before we ask him. He remembered us from the last time we were here and surprised us with a drink on the house Appetizers: 1. Chicken salad with chips: my personal favorite. It's healthy and light. The portions are big enough to be a dish of its own 2. Skewers: this dish is fresh and easy to consume. Main dishes: 1. Chicken pho: warm and tastes like home. They use free range chicken. The noodles, however, are a bit too thick in my opinion. 2. Hainam chicken: delicious! Again, they used free range chicken. The rice is fluffy and infused with some sort of broth. Veggies and side soup are simple and delightful. We will be coming back

I came here last week on a Wednesday and had their chicken pho and vermicelli noodles with my husband. The pho was delicious and the vermicelli was refreshing. Service was fast and great. Friendly staff. 5 stars overall
