MALTA MEXICAN SEAFOOD

Too much waiting time and bad service. I ordered a shaken fish with an approximate time of 30 minutes. I have been waiting for more than an hour for the order and they bring me 10 at a time

To start with, the chips and salsa was not great, the chips were staled. I ordered the breaded shrimp plate, it was ok, the rice wasn't good at all along with the shrimp sauce. This plate needs to be prepared better for the price! My biggest complaint was the Tostada mixta, the shrimp was mushy, overcooked, the imitation abalone was very old and smelly. It also came with some type of small clams which were also very old and dry. I've been to too many Seafood restaurants and this one was disappointing. I'm surprised this place has 4.1 stars, I guess it used to be good or people just don't know what a good seafood place is . If they want to keep customers they need to up their game here and prepare better fresh tasty dishes.

Super delicious and the waitresses are too friendly

The service was terrible, the food looked like year-old shrimp ala diabla, they put pure ketchup on it, I ordered for 11 people and some dishes arrived first and half an hour later the others, they didn't ask if we wanted more soda, water or beer ? the horrible noise

I came to see the comments and it was to be expected, the bad services had to give results, the karma for those who thought they were superior arrived, and many people were left with money to owe, including me, working from 11 in the morning to 2 in the morning on weekends, and why didn't they pay me for my hours? David was the manager of that restaurant, a guy who didn't know how to run a business, the one who one day was a dishwasher and when he became the manager of his brother's restaurant, he forgot where the guy came from, and yes, that restaurant has gone down because of the bad actions of the manager and the unprofessional owner, so welcome, blessed karma, justice will be done for the injustices they did to the people

Bad service, very bad food, before the family went to eat at this restaurant and the food was good, good service but on our last visit the service was very bad, the waitress never returned to the table to ask if there was anything you needed (because you were in her cell) It took a long time to serve the food and the food was cold and tasted very bad. We had to cancel some dishes we ordered because they took so long, they served some dishes first and the rest of the dishes never arrived, very bad Malta restaurant.

DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER. My boyfriend placed an online order on Sunday, 4/7 and when he showed up to the restaurant it was closed. The online hours show that it should’ve stayed open until midnight. I’ve been trying to call daily and the call does not go through. I’ve passed by the restaurant 2 times at different hours and it looks closed. Very unprofessional and corrupt that they’re still accepting online orders when their restaurant is closed. I’d leave 0 stars if that was an option.

I order some food online and it send me an email saying my food was gonna be ready at a certain time and when i got there the restaurant was closed and on google it said open.. And the payment actually when through my account..
