The most unprofessional Venue ever! I booked a date for my wedding originally for February with some guy name Jose who is a cook also, unfortunately under health circumstances with my son I needed to change the wedding date, Jose who I booked the venue with gave me and promise me a secure date for May 2025, mind you I change my date in November, Jose never sent me the re contract for the new date, he straight out Ghost me from November until Now 1/2025, I needed to get a hold of LAN who’s the owner (even him seems like he can careless) to see what was going on and he told me that the May date that I was given by Jose was already booked for someone else! Jose never advised me nor let me know and they told me their was a penalty of 2k more dollars to pay to change the date which I was never told about it, my deposit is lost and now I need to go look for another venue for my May wedding, this is a horrible feeling because I am dealing with a sick child at home and now more stress on me to find a new venue, these people don’t care, don’t have any compassion at all! Do not booked with them! They are so unprofessional.

no renten en este lugar ya que nosotros hicimos la fiesta ahi y los securities y bartender se estaba robando las cervezas y las estaban llevando a otro carro ...se robaron muchas cosas ...sodas ...alcohol y la comida....tengan mucho cuidado al rentar ahi con el señor Jose jimenez...o Julian como le dicen ya que fue muy inresposable al ser contratado para ensayar y no se presentaba...tengan mucho cuidado porque todos los de ese salon roban...😡😡😡😡😡 Don't rent here...these people steal stuffs during the event ..sodas ..alcohol and the food ...👎👎👎

For a special event I recommend it, it is very pretty and elegant. The cleanliness fails a little but the rest is very good

The place is beautiful to host an event. The only issue was working with BLANCA. She will charge you everything and not do her part. She promised to decorate the event with certain decoration and did not follow through. I paid for 350 guest to eat and they were served one hour later and what irked me was they kept the food that was left over that was suppose to be given to me as I paid for it. I also paid 300 dollars extra for a sauce she never brought to the event. The servers were not professional, were not dressed for the event and really bad service. Blanca switched the bartender last min and we didn’t get drinks we paid for. Over all, working with Blanca was a nightmare! I do not recommend working with her as the employees did say she’s money hungry and will over charge. Everything she promised was just words to sell her stuff. If any other party planner works with this hall I’ll recommend it, But with Blanca you will not get what you paid for.

Do not do business with José Julian Jimenez also known as JJ Productions. It's almost a year since the event, he doesn't deliver the photos or videos, and he doesn't return any money either. He always says that he will communicate with his people and they fight among themselves and do not return anything. I have never met people who are not professionals for the work they do. The cake was ruined on the day of the event and he said he was going to give us a cake, he did not give the cake or money back. When I wanted payments, I kept talking and talking. And now to deliver the things and bills, he hides. How embarrassing it must be to have a business like that.

Genuinely really wanted this hall for a event I was going to host , a lady claimed she owned this hall and eventually she didn’t seem trustworthy , now I’m not so sure where I can book this venue.
