I am not an expert on Shawarma. But this cannot pass as a shawarma. The spices and the flavor was not something that taste like any chicken shawarma I have ever consumed. The rice tasted like it wasn't washed. I know about rice. There is a specific starchy taste if it is not washed thoroughly. I’m from San Diego headed to Beverly Hills and had to stop to charge my Tesla .my mother and I got hungry and saw this place on Google five minute walk away.The whole experience was wonderful. I was greeted by a kind, middle-aged woman and handed a menu. While I was waiting for my order to be prepared.
