I look online for a Mrs. Fields cookies in Westminster. It says it's in the Westminster mall I go inside the mall there is no listing. I called the phone number no longer in service. I hate this f****** companies that still lives there s*** on the Internet when they already went out of business. They can go f*** themselves.

Mrs. Fields is my favorite of all time. I really love the snickerdoodle and macadamia cookies. I was visiting some friends so I decided to buy 5 dozen of cookies. 1 dozen for my friend and 4 dozen for me. I love how soft the cookies are when you bite into them and they taste better if you are enjoying it with some coffee. Which is a reason why i bought 4 dozen for myself so i can enjoy the cookies for breakfast with some coffee in my way to work. I once bought a big cookie for a special occasion and those were really good too. Overall, Mrs. Fields is AMAZING!! The cookies never fail.

I ordered 80 Nibblers and they made sure the M&M ones had extra M&Ms on them. They were out of the chocolate chip walnut ones but it seems like that's all locations around the country. The semi-sweet chocolate chip is amazing though!

BUGSSS So I was getting some cookies when I looked down at the display seeing those giant cookies having these nasty bugs on them. I was praying they didn't touch my cookies. But staff was wonderful.

I remember back in the 90s this place was the best.. oh how times have changed... no sugar cookies, no cinnamon sugar,.. they didn't even come help me at the counter when I was waiting. They were just talking then finally they came over I asked for cinnamon or sugar. He said "nope" and I said ok have good one... then end... never again

This place is horrible!!! They cheat customers on Tax Money and the service is a joke. Today I got a dozen cookies from them. I walked away, gave my daughter one and I ate one myself. I noticed the cookie I was eating wasn't fully cook. I thought to myself "maybe" I got one bad one. I stuck my hand in to the bag to get another one and I noticed all of them were falling apart and doughy looking. I went back to complain. When I was standing there the guy next to me was complaining that they were over charging him on the tax. He clearly took out his phone and calculated what he bought and added in the tax. It was about .45 cent less then what they rang him up for. The workers didn't know what to say beside," We can't fix the prices, it's already set up on the computer." The guy said, " that's because the owner is trying yo cheat the customers." Anyway, back to my raw cookies. After hearing all of that I just wanted my refund. They tried to charge me for 5 cookies claiming that I ate them. I told the cashier that 2 should be missing, the 3rd one fell apart on the floor and part of it is inside the bag. It doesn't matter, you sold me raw cookies, cheated on my tax money and now you are giving me a hard time over how many cookies is left inside the bag???? Maybe you guys gave me less then 12 cookies???? I did not eat 5 big cookies, whatever it is you need to give me my full refund. Obviously all the cookies you sold me was under cook!!!! After going back and forth with him he finally decided to give me a full refund. This place is a joke!!!! Do not support this crappy place in Westminster Mall. Shame on the owner trying to rip off the customers... MRS. FIELD should take their name back from them!
