I bought moon cake here many years, but this time when i want to pay my credit card but a staff asked me have to pay credit card fees .She told me that 's from credit card owner not by bakery.

We bought a box of snow skin moon cakes at this location (we usually patronize their Bolsa location) on 9/16 to celebrate Harvest Moon Festival (9/29). We were so excited to eat them since we only buy them once a year and couldn't wait til the actual HM so we decided to share one the other day. When we unwrapped one we were so disappointed to find that it was moldy after one week of purchase. We have not reached out to the store as we've experienced in the past the lack of customer service and the desire to make it right in Little Saigon so felt it wasn't worth it. Some of the brick and mortars here are just not big on making it right. But we felt strongly it needed to be addressed. I am Vietnamese and I support small business-owned shops in the area with my loyal patronage but gotta say, this one did not make the grade and takes the 'cake' for lack of freshness. Maybe it's the location. Maybe we'll go back to the Bolsa location or maybe it's time to seek out a new moon cake bakery. 10/1. Update: We were in the area and decided to stop by their store (now their sole location). We let them know about the moldy snow skin mooncakes that we had purchased. They were very nice, what appears to be the owners came out and said to pick out new ones. We originally bought a box but only wanted to get 2 so we did that and thanked them. I thought it was only fair to post and let others know that they did indeed make it right and were nice about the whole thing. Also upped the stars to 3. All is right in the universe again lol!

Bought bánh khoai mì here and it was stale. It appears to have declined in the past few years.Last year, we spent $500 on bánh tét near the Lunar New Year. Gave them to friends and shipped to other states. It turned out the bánh tét was not fully cooked. So bad. We lost face for sending bad stuffs from the heart of Little Saigon. This year, we make our own. No more My Hiep.

This bakery had 2 locations on Westminster. So so so bad attitude and customers service. They've updated Yelp recently. But back in September-22. They dont take debt card, credit card but only CASH and not giving you the receipt. So I bought the moon cake and is molding in the next day. I came back talk to them they're so mean to me and ask for the receipt The moon cake and the box had their brand on it. So after the lady argument with me there's another guy in the kitchen came out cussing at me too. He doesn't look clean enough to be baking. So So rude. We need to report them to tax fraud and food health department.

Stopped by hoping this little shop would have spring rolls but unfortunately they didn't. Instead they had bbq pork buns and a variety of other buns. They also have really good Vietnamese desserts and moon cakes. The lady there was very nice and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised with what I bought. The BF also liked it too being some desserts had taro his favorite. Bakery is located in a plaza with a lot of parking and away from the busy Bolsa areas.

We bought 12 bags of beef jerky with price tags on it and the rude cashier told us they priced it wrong so he upped the price by $2 ($17 to $19) instead of honoring the price that was on the bag. If a business made a mistake, they should give us some type of discount honor.
Alright alright alright! When cravings hit for some yuminess, this is the spot. I'm not familiar with some of the items here but I know Hawaiian manju so this is pretty darn close...they have baked taro and baked sweet potatoes so definitely hits the spot. So good!!!

Stopped by as I was visiting another business in the plaza. This shop has a large variety of giftable goods. Beef pastry: a okay, not as good as the chicken Chicken pastry: moist, very flavorful Egg tart: this was a okay I would definitely come back for the chicken pastries alone. So yummy.

I'm not really a moon cake person. The moon cakes here are huge. There is a large variety. The moon cakes were pricey, but it was worth the try. Now, the other items here are the hidden gems. Very inexpensive and delicious. My family liked the egg custard, the fried rice, and the ball pastries.

quá kinh khủng! hộp bánh dẻo đậu xanh lên mốt đen chỉ sau 6 ngày (kể từ ngày mua). phải đem liệng rác hết nhưng cũng hên là sót lại một cái để chụp hình làm bằng chứng. bánh trung thu thì dở tệ, vỏ cứng, bánh thì khô nói chung là sẽ không bao giờ trở lại tiệm này và sẽ nói cho mọi người biết mà tránh. Bánh ngày càng quá tệ. làm ăn kiểu này thì chắc chắn sẽ có ngày dẹp tiệm sớm.
