My 2G2G review that was not shared with you: This is in a hole-on-the-wall neighborhood. Don't complain when you get here. But there are many varieties to choose from in the area. There are 2 restaurants in one stall (both are in 2G2G); so it can be confusing. It's authentic foods but just not a good bargain. It feels more alike a small saving and not 2G2T wow.

everything about this place was great, they had great food great service and the interior was very nice.
Here’s the thing… I went here specifically to ask if everything was vegan. I got a loud but rapidly avoidant “Yes!” … I then asked about 5 other questions ALL of which received exactly the same loud and avoidant, “YES!” - Are there real eggs in your egg noodles? “YES!” - Are they vegan? “YES!” - Do you sell spicy tofu? “Yes!” Can I order it? “Yes!”
He handed me a menu completely devoid of English. Fine. But not entirely safe for me. I’m now fairly certain that the reason this restaurant is filed under Vegetarian instead of vegan is language certainty.
The food I got (lemongrass chicken & shaken beef… both reliable tester items in Veitnamese generational vegan restaurants, just like pad thai is in generational Thai spaces) was greasy and dangerous if you have a heart condition, so for communication I’m voting ‘meh’ since it’s kinda none of my business what communication paths a given restaurant in the area chooses… but on health terms I’m voting no. There are 5 other Vietnamese joints in the area who nail these proceses. Mitase is close by. Good luck out there.

While driving through the area, we decided to stop by NDH Vegetarian for a quick lunch. We opted for two dishes, and they were both good! The portions were huge, but we were hungry and appreciated it. The person working was vegan-aware and very friendly. Great stop!
