We tried the Matcha pancake souffle. Aside from the strawberries being super tart, the pancakes were so very good. The pancake souffles weren't too sweet or heavy. They were light, fluffy and so delicious! Our whole group enjoyed them! We look forward to visiting again!

The cutest jiggly desserts in OC! Nostimo Cafe is an adorable cafe with some of the best coffee/matcha and desserts in OC! I love their clean interior and thereâs not a crazy wait here which I appreciate, also plenty of parking!
I had to try their Matcha Einspanner which is my fave, Tiramisu Coffee, Strawberry Souffle Pancakes and Jiggly Cat Pudding over strawberries. They have so many different flavors for everything! (Ube, Mango, Matcha, Tiramisu, Strawberry, and more) and they also have bingsoo which I didnât get to try
Iâve tried many, many Matcha Einspanners and this has to be one of my faves! Super creamy and delicious and great matcha flavor, but the Tiramisu Coffee was sooo good too - would totally get again. Their Souffle Pancakes are the fluffiest and airiest, just melt in your mouth. Obsessed with their new Jiggly Cat Pudding too which was too cute to eat and I played with it for a while lmao!

Good pancakes. They are FILLING! They usually take 15 minutes around noon on a weekday. If you order takeout, the texture of pancakes WILL change after 10 minutes.
Have gone 3 times already at around 9 pm and they never have Bingsu. They say they stop making it 30 minutes before close, but they seem to never have it an hour before. Donât get me wrong the bingsu is great IF theyâre willing to make one for you. The excuse is always that they ran out.

Iâve come to this place three times before 9:00 PM, and every time Iâve asked for bingsu, they claim theyâre ânot making it anymoreâ â even though they say they stop serving it at 9:30 PM. Itâs obvious the staff is just too lazy to do it. They donât care about customers or providing good service. Every visit has been disappointing. Very unprofessional attitude from the employees. I do not recommend this place at all. Go somewhere else where they actually respect your time and money.

Very disappointed! We drove for more than 15 miles just to enjoy breakfast in this cafe on a Sunday morning. When we arrived, we got a menu online of what is popular from the
website. Of course, we were having their soufflĂ© pancakes, but one wanted the egg Benedict and someone else wanted Chicken rice which were offered in their website. The male cashier, brushed us off by saying they donât have anything else except the items posted on the wall. When I asked why all the menu items online were not available, he just said nothing. and shrugged his shoulders and showed he was irritated. Since it was our first time, we asked questions like, does the pancake come with whipped cream, which we just wanted it served without cream etc. Also asked about coffee, all iced he said, hot coffee but they donât have any cream. He was not welcoming and accommodating. Showed his irritation even while we were ordering. He also tried to discourage us by saying it will take 25-30 minutes. We were only the 2nd group to arrive so he had no excuse to say he was busy or tired or overwhelmed with orders.
In fairness, the pancakes were good and my Matcha coffee was satisfying too.
So customer service sucks and should be improved.
