Nostimo is a small cafe offering souffle cakes and popular drinks like matcha. We ended up buying the ube & strawberry souffle. Though it took a bit for them to make it, its justified by how good it was. We loved the souffles. We also ordered the strawberry ceremonial graded matcha and tiramisu coffee. They were a solid 10/10, we would come back sometime! We went when it was dark outside (unsure the time) but parking was kind of difficult due to other establishments next to the cafe. The atmosphere of the cafe was beautiful. It was crowding around the time we came so there may not be seating available. (Just come earlier) pricing was cheap! To elaborate, we saw that the mango sticky rice was 6.5 USD when other places it was around 13.5 USD! Most drinks were 6.5 USD, so its relatively cheap. We recommend this place for all.

Ordered the Viet condensed milk iced coffee asked for light ice, all I got was ice :/âŠtasty coffee but lack of awareness of what I asked for made me wanting more coffee. 6$ for ice tbh
This cozy cafe won my heart with its friendly staff and a calm vibe that feels like a warm hug. The matcha is smooth and dreamy, the coffee strong yet comforting. But the real star is the big pancake, fluffy and delicious enough to make you forget all problems. Plenty of parking nearby too. Honestly I could stay here all day.
The customer service was friendly. The pistachio latte was nutty and had actual pistachios in it. The strawberry pancake was so good. Jiggly and fluffy! The cream and fruit with pure was delicious. We will definitely be back!
Edit: So, the team reached out to me and were happy to remake both drinks. They said that wasnât how their drinks are usually made and itâs simply because they were very busy. The drinks were customized so much better this time, with less ice, and the flavor was much much better. The manager, Phung (unsure if I spelled that correctly) was very nice and sweet. Iâll be sure to come back again in the future.

Solid spot for unique coffees! I tried the Ube Coconut Latte Coffee, and it was fantastic â a perfect blend of bold Vietnamese coffee with rich ube flavor and high-quality coconut that tied it all together beautifully. Smooth, creamy, and not overly sweet.
We were excited to try one of their famous soufflé cakes/pancakes, but were told it would take about 20 minutes, so we ended up canceling the order. The drinks are definitely the highlight here, but the wait times for desserts brought it down a bit for us. Still worth a visit if you're craving creative coffee drinks!

Wonderful cozy, modern, relax, chill, bright vibe place. The drinks here delish and well make. Parking is easy and menu are good amount with mix of drinks (hot/cold) and snacks, especially with SoufflĂ©. Great & friendly service. They do inform you how long it will take for the soufflĂ© so that was nice (20mins but they got it within 18mins). This place is packed with kids/teenagers that are here to do their homeworkâs or works. They are well manners and respect of noise levels. The foods is okey, our was jittery (you got to try it to make sure it legit). Well batter but abit undercooked from my taste. We ordered Gongju Chestnut SoufflĂ© and it comes with Choco ice cream scoop. Not too sweetâŠitâs good overall. They do have both inside and outside sitting area. Not bad at all, I enjoyed more than I thought.

Nostimo CafĂ© & Tea has quickly become one of my favorite stops in Westminster. The customer service is genuinely warmâeveryone here treats you like a regular from the moment you walk in. The space is bright, open, and super comfortable, with plenty of seating whether you want to study, work, or just hang out. They even have outdoor spots that feel just as inviting.
The soufflĂ© pancakes are a must-tryâlight, fluffy, and perfect with any of their coffee, matcha, or tea drinks. Their drinks do lean a bit sweeter, so I usually ask for less sugar, and it turns out perfect every time.
Overall, itâs a cozy, welcoming cafĂ© with great vibes and even better treats.

This is my first time ever visiting this café, and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. I ordered two Banana Pudding Matcha drinks as part of a promotion deal, but there were several issues.
Firstly, the wait time was incredibly long; I had to wait at least 30 minutes, and I noticed that the customers after me had already received their drinks. Upon speaking with the barista, I was informed that the staff had forgotten to ring my buzzer, and both my drinks were sitting outside for a long time. There was no compensation for the drinks, but I tried to overlook it.
However, the largest problem came next. Both drinks were filled with so much ice that nearly half the cups consisted of melted ice water, which diluted the flavor and made it difficult to enjoy.
I asked the barista if a remake could be made, but my request was declined. As a first-time customer, I was disappointed by the unprofessionalism and lack of accommodation, especially since the issue affected the overall quality of the drinks.
Itâs really too bad, because the banana pudding was very delicious, but the service wasnât that great.

We came in excited to try the jiggly pancakes and ordered a strawberry matcha, tropical fruit tea, strawberry soufflĂ©, and an ube soufflĂ© for my husbandâs birthday. Guess which one never showed up? Yep, the birthday soufflĂ©. The cashier didnât ring it up and by the time we realized, it was too late to wait another 25 minutes with a 6-month-old. So no birthday treat, just an awkward âoh noâ from the front.
The strawberry soufflĂ© we did get was fluffy and the drinks were good, but itâs hard to enjoy when the highlight of the order is missing. Inside was warm enough to feel like the soufflĂ©s werenât the only things baking, though it was at least clean.
We left disappointed, a little sweaty, and without the ube soufflĂ© we came for. Two stars because the food that did make it to the table was tasty, but between the mix-up and the lack of apology, this isnât somewhere weâll be rushing back to. At least we can now say we tried the infamous jiggle.
