Waited for an hour and a half just to recieve a refund. Brought my wife to try this place out and service was horrible, besides the horrible atitdude you receive from the workers asking why it's been over an hour when initially I was told 30 minutes. Instead of them making our order, the workers flat out said the best they can do is a refund. So I wasted time and money for nothing. Will not be coming back to this cafe.
P.S. They didn't even give me a full refund.

Service is so slow! Is 1.5hrs wait for Souffle pancake is acceptable?

Comments about each of the three souffle variations we ordered:
Strawberry; "Mid-line."
Ube: " Lightly sweet ube sauce, that's where all the flavor is."
Nutella; "I don't know you could dilute Nutella, but they found a way."
On a Friday morning, the three of us came in for the famous souffle pancakes. Greeted by a downcast cashier who took our order and warned us it would be 25 minutes. We took our seats and waited about 30 minutes before the first two souffles were ready, and another 30 minutes before the last one was out. You know that awkward situation where some people at the table have their food but feel bad about eating in front of the people without, before their food gets cold? Yeah.
It appears they are unable to make and deliver more than two souffle orders at any time. It would be nice to be aware of that before ordering.
The souffles were mild in flavor, light, airy. Our consensus is that all the flavor was indeed in the sauces. Not that they had much of said flavor, but the overall effect was okay.
My main issue is with the lackluster service we experienced. Even aside from the timing of the food brought out, there was a general sense of no interest or friendliness from the staff. Nobody had to mention that the plastic utensils were just in a container at the pickup table, we could see that for ourselves. Nobody said much of anything to us at all, really. Not even a smile?
Oh well, now that our curiosity was satisfied, we won't have to return.

50 minute wait for pancakes at 9am when they first open is insane
I ordered 4 coffees and it took 1 hour and 15 minutes and the coffee taste is so so.

We got the souffle pancake and black sesame coffee. Both are good! Unfortunately, they don't have the friendliest staff and the place is really dirty. All tables are not taken care of, dirty walls, trash all over the floors and the full trash bin was not taken care of during entire stay there which was about an hour or so. The souffle pancake took almost 40 mins to finish (they said it would take 30 mins). Good food nonetheless.

Probably one of the best souffle pancakes I've had recently. The cashier could use some lessons in speaking up. When your store music speakers are positioned too close to the register, you need to speak up. Ordering was a bit of a hassle. Cashier didn't seem to understand what we're were trying to order or was able to answer basic questions about the drinks.
Also, don't make choices for the customer. I wanted to put my number in for their rewards program, but the cashier bypassed it. Then when I wanted to get a receipt, once again the cashier made the decision for me, and prevented me from making the selection. And had to redo it. It was just inefficient and frustrating.

Really loud (cant communicate with your friends)
Drove all the way from mission viejo to get some soufflé but the kitchen closed early but it was an hr and a half before closing time.
I guess this is how they work, which I wouldnt mind if this just a beverage place.

It was my first time at this very cute cafe. I ordered a matcha and when I got it, the drink was at least an inch below the rim of the cup. I asked if I can add a little more since the matcha was literally 7 dollars, the young barista was stingy and said âitâll be another dollarâ. Why the attitude and stinginess? She was not budging at all. A year ago my friend asked for a new drink because her drink tasted bad and they made her a new one, but today I canât get a couple more sips of matcha? The other lady came and said do you want more hot milk? I said sure.
Would not come back again.
Parking: đ parking, a bit crowded during the afternoon, but didnât have to wait too long to get an open spot
Order: ube coffee 7/10, the viet coffee was strong and slight hint of the ube đ black sesame 7/10, lighter coffee taste not strong viet coffee
Restroom: one gender neutral restroom. it was clean and modern interior design inside.
Vibe: đ WiFi. went around 12pm and got seating near the outlets đ, but later in the afternoon became crowded and people had to wait for seats. The cafe was air conditioned but not too chilly because it was sunny so there was a good combo with warmth from the sun and air conditioning in the cafe. Would recommend bringing a jacket if youâre going to be studying there long. It can be a bit loud if itâs crowded so I would recommend bringing headphones so you can focus. They have a music background playlist in the store. The servers were nice and friendly in-person and when I called previously to check if they were open.
âïž: there is a 10 cent fee per transaction if you donât order the minimum amount of $10. So as long as long as you order 2 drinks or one dessert, you should meet the $10 minimum

Good matcha pistachio and souffle pancake. The souffle pancake was jiggly and soft. The matcha wasn't too strong but that's to be expected. Prices the same as everywhere else ($7-8 for matcha). Service was good. The parking can be difficult if you come during rush hours.

We decided to check out Nostimo Cafe & Tea, a trending spot on social media, located in Little Saigon. When we turned into the plaza, I realized itâs just two doors down from a place Iâve been to before, Com Ga Nam An (famous for their Hainanese chicken rice). I have no idea how I missed it all this time! Like last time, we ended up circling the parking lot forever trying to find a spot!
The cafe itself is small, with around 6-7 tables. Itâs got that classic Instagrammable decor with marble-patterned tables and a whitewashed, wave-shaped concrete bench along the wall. Having lived in Seoul for 12 years and visited countless dessert cafes with similar chic designs, Nostimo feels more on the minimalist side, but still cute and fresh.
As for what to order, the menu offers soufflĂ©s, Vietnamese coffee, regular coffee, and tea. Since we were already here, I had to try the much-hyped Ube Coco SoufflĂ© ($15.75) and two cups of Cafe Sua Nong (Vietnamese condensed milk coffee, $5.25 each). The soufflĂ© takes about 20 minutes to prepare, so our coffee came first. It was strong and richâpretty good!
When the soufflĂ© finally served, it did have that âwowâ factor in terms of presentation! The highest compliment an Asian can give a dessert is ânot too sweet,â and this soufflĂ© was definitely not sweet at all. My sister and I tend to prefer a bit sweeter desserts, so it felt like we were eating a whole lot of nothing. In hindsight, we probably should have gone with the Matcha Red Bean SoufflĂ©, which mightâve been a bit sweeter. On the side, they served five pieces of bĂĄnh da lợn (Vietnamese pigskin cake), and overall, the whole thing felt super light and healthyâalmost too healthy for a dessert! If you prefer your soufflĂ©s less sweet, this could be worth a try.

Love this place and will definitely come back but I won't be ordering their souffle as it has strong egg smell/taste and it was not worth $16.
They have wifi and outlet so perfect place if you wanna study or work here :)
Staff was very friendly!
